Puji syukur kepada Allah SWT yang telah memberikan berkat dan rahmat–

Nya sehingga Laporan Kerja Praktek di PT Polychem Indonesia, Tbk. ini dapat

diselesaikan. Laporan kerja praktek ini disusun untuk memenuhi syarat kurikulum

semester VII pada mata kuliah Kerja Praktek di Jurusan Teknik Kimia, Fakultas

Teknik, Universitas Sriwijaya.

Laporan Kerja Praktek ini memuat informasi mengenai PT Polychem

Indonesia Tbk. Divisi Kimia-Merak secara umum serta Tugas Khusus yang

berjudul “Membuat Desain Heat Exchanger Tambahan Sebagai Tindak Lanjut

Terhadap Penyimpangan Suhu Output E-312 Plant EO/EG II”.

Dalam penulisan laporan kerja praktek ini, banyak diperoleh masukan dan
