Puji syukur Alhamdulillah atas nikmat, rahmat serta karunia yang telah diberikan Allah
SWT kepada kita semua, yang atas ijin-Nya, maka Tesis ini dapat terselesaikan. Shalawat serta
salam semoga selalu tercurahkan kepada junjungan kita, Nabi Muhammad saw.
Penyusunan tesis ini tidak lepas dari dukungan serta bantuan dari berbagai pihak, sehingga
