Tujuan Praktikum

Berikut merupakan tujuan dari identifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan yaitu:

1. Praktikan mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana cara menerjemahkan pernyataan

2. Praktikan memahami dan mampu membuat kuesioner tertutup sesuai dengan pernyataan
