Mud crab (Scylla paramamosain) is one of the marine animals that have economic value and high nutritional ie, containing 47.5% protein and 11.20% fat. Taste the delicious crab causes the market demand and foreign demand is increasing the availability of seed on an ongoing basis. Availability krustacea this experience because it still relies on resistance from the wild, so the required mass-seeding efforts. This effort has run into difficulty due to low survival rates and slower growth in larval stadia due to the low quality of feed given. Artemia spp. a feed that contains complete nutrition, so, very well used as a natural food crab. Artemia spp. have a deficiency in essential fatty acid content. Essential fatty acids in krustacea are: linoleic, linolenic, DHA and EPA that are required in an enrichment of Artemia spp. because of Artemia spp. is non-selective filter feeder. Enrichment of Artemia spp. can be done using the oil-rich salmon for the content of DHA and EPA as well as content-rich soy oil linoleic acid and linolenic acid. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth and survival rates of larvae of mud crab (S. paramamosain) after fed Artemia spp. enriched with a combination of soybean oil and salmon oil. The method used is an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) of three replications and seven treatments. The treatments used were A (control), B (egg yolks 100%), C: (salmon oil 100%), D (salmon fish oil 75% soybean oil + 25%), E (salmon fish oil 50% soybean oil + 50%), F (salmon fish oil 25% + 75% soybean oil), G (100% soybean oil). The main parameters observed is the growth and survival rates. Parameters was observed support the development of the larvae and water quality (temperature, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen and ammonia). Analysis of data analysis using a Varian (ANAVA) and if there is a difference in treatment, then using Duncan Multiple Test distance. The results showed that mud crab larvae (S. paramamosain) after nauplius fed Artemia spp. enriched with a combination of soybean oil and salmon oil influence significantly different (p
