PETUNJUK PENGGUNAAN
1. Buku kendali (log book) ini dikeluarkan dan milik
Program Studi Teknologi Hasil Pertanian (PS THP)
Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta yang diberikan
kepada mahasiswa PS THP untuk keperluan akademik.
Mahasiswa wajib menjaga agar buku ini tidak hilang
atau rusak. Apabila terjadi kehilangan, maka akan
diberikan buku log book yang baru dengan
membayar denda menghilangkan buku yang
besarnya ditentukan kemudian.
2. Setiap mahasiswa PS THP wajib memiliki buku kendali
yang digunakan untuk konsultasi dan pembimbingan
akademik, praktek kerja dan skripsi.
3. Setiap mahasiswa PS THP wajib menulis data atau isian
pada kolom yang sesuai berkaitan dengan
akademiknya.
4. Setiap pembimbingan dengan dosen, mahasiswa
wajib menulis isian kegiatan pada kolom yang sesuai
dan meminta dosen untuk membubuhkan
tandatangan atau paraf.
5. Pembimbingan akademik dilakukan kepada dosen
yang ditunjuk oleh pengurus PS sejak terdaftar sebagai
mahasiswa PS THP.
6. Pembimbingan berakhir sejak mahasiswa dinyatakan
lulus sarjana Teknologi Pertanian (S.TP) atau
mengundurkan diri. Buku ini wajib dikembalikan ke PS
THP sebagai syarat pendaftaran prayudisium di PS THP.
