3 G Tutorial

Langkah-langkah untuk membuka monitoring 3G

1. Buka OSS3G

2. Klik kanan buka OSS WCDMA Common Explorer, kemudian muncul display OSS common explorer klik NRO_RootMo-R untuk memunculkan RNC-RNC.

Still Investigated3. Buka filter enva untuk monitoring, buka alarm list viewer.

Kemudian load configuration untuk mengambil configuration yang telah dibuat.

NB: configuration yang ditelah dibuat ( REG6_ALARM_VIEWER_3G_ERICSSON.

Cara membuat group baru atau menambahkan RNC baru ke Group.1) Klik maomc ( NRO_RootMo untuk mencari RNC,RXI yang akan di tambahkan.

2) Ex: mau menambahkan RXJBR01

Klik kanan pada RXJBR01 ( Add to personal group.

Add ke Group1, or mau membuat gruop baru klik New ( OK

3) Jika mau meremove, klik pada group ( klik kanan pada object yang akan di remove.Cara membuat filter baru

1) Klik Edit ( Filter. Atau klik tanda2) Klik edit untuk merubah file yang sudah dicreate or click new untuk create baru.

3) Kemudian akan muncul filter editor.

Pilih attributes untuk memilih jenis filter berdasarkan apa ex: spesific problem. Operator dipilih yang =.

Value diklik untk mencari macam2 filter yang akan digunakan.

Dont forget beri nama filter.

4. Buka Alarm Satus Matrix ( digunakan untuk melihat isi per RNC

(NB:dibuat per masing-masing RNC)

Klik file ( Managed Object ( maomc ( NRO_RootMo ( pilih RNC dan RXI( satu RNC saja).

NB: pilih RBS secara manual(bukan langsung 1 RNC)

5. Jadi yang dibuka untuk monitoring:

Alarm list viewer(Buat yang dimonitoring dilayar)

Alarm Status Matrix (seperti RC Region di 2G tetapi bedanya untuk alarm Status Matrix di buatnya atau displaynya per RNC). Remember Cuma digunakan untuk melihat alarm saja not visualnya.

OSS Common explorer (untuk masuk ke RBS,RXI,RNC rack/ Hardware) Dont forget buka winfiol untuk memudahkan dalam memecahkan masalah ya..... (Cara membaca NodeB / RBS1. Buka OSS Common Explorer2. Pilih RBS yang dituju klik kanan Element Manager

Keterangan:

a) Kondisi Status Utrancell(sektor) ( Operational or disable

b) Pada Configuration terdapat data:

swVersion

IP address

ConnectionStatus: Connected or Never Connection(bisa blm terkoneksi OSS atau memang jatuh)

c) rbsIdUntuk melihat keterangan persektor/ Utrancell klik Utrancellnya.

Kondisi yang perlu dilihat:

3. Setelah diklik Element Manager maka akan muncul visual dari RBS

Keterangan:

Pada RBS terdapat : Equipment, Software, SS7, ATM, IP, Radio NetworkEQUIPMENT

Subrack

Terdapat 2 jenis berdasarkan kabel yang digunakan:

1. Feeder (cirinya ada modul RUIFB) ( Type 3206, 3107.

Terdapat 3 baris Subrack2. Optical (cirinya ada modul OBIFB) ( Type 3412, 3418Terdapat 1 baris Subrack

NB: untuk lihat type rack klik kanan di RBS ( properties

Modul pada Subrack:1) CBU (just like COBA in 2G)( terdapat di slot1. Max 4 E1.Jika > 4E1 maka digunakan ET-MC1 dislot 2 (kapasitas 8E1).

Keterangan:

Kondisi IU sync-1 must be locked

Untuk tahu RBS menggunakan berapa E1 dapat dilihat didalam CBU or ET-MC1(jika digunakan).2) RAXB & TXB (likes CU in 2G) Jumlah max CE(Channel Element(TRX in 2G)) : UL/RAXB: 512CE; DL/TXB: 512CE dalam 1 RBS.

Kapasitas RAXB = TXB (harus sama) remember not jumlah tapi kapasitas.

Untuk menghitung berapa kapasitas di RAXB dan TXB:

Klik Maintenance ( Test ( Board

Keterangan:

Lihat angka terakhir pada RAXB or TXB

RAXB: Angka Ganjil = 64 CE

Angka Genap = 32 CE

TXB:

Angka Ganjil = 128 CE ( Type TX6HS-03

Angka Genap = 256 CE ( Type TX6HS-06

3) RU & FU moduleModul ini hanya ada di RBS type 3206, 3107 yang memiliki 3 baris Subrack, 2subrack untuk modul RU (Radio Unit) &FU (just like DUAMCO in 2G).

Keterangan: IR-1; IR-2 ( digunakan untuk Single Carrier IR-3; IR-4 ( digunakan untuk Second Carrier

Untuk mengetahui RBS mana yang menggunakan single Carrier atau 2 Carrier:

* dilihat pada Id Utrancellnya kalau ......W1 or 2;3 ( single carrier. ......W7 or 8;9 ( second carrier.

2buahIR menggunakan 1 DPCL Jumlah RU dan FU sama dalam satu RBS.

4) OBIFB or RUIFB ( interface baseband to radio5) PSU (Power Supply Unit)Jika pada rack terdapat modul PSU berarti racknya ada di outdoor, kalau tidak ada modul ini berarti indoor.6) RRUModul ini adanya pada Sector Antennas bukan di subrack, karena dipasangnya dekat pada antenna. Remember: jika sudah terdapat RU maka tidak terdapat RRU pada Sector Antennas dan juga sebaliknya.

Untuk mendelete alarm: kosongkan alarm slogan & user label saja .SOFTWAREPada software terdapat CV yang digunakan sebagai back-up bila RBS restart.

Keterangan:

CV yang akan dirunning dulu adalah cv yang Startable (Berwarna biru) dan yang Rollback-listPosition =1. Untuk meng-set startable dan rollbacklist klik kanan pada CV ( set startable (add to rollback list.

Cara membuat CVKlik kanan Configuration Version ( Create

Keterangan:

Yang perlu di isi: Name, RollbackList. Refresh Table untuk mereload kondisi terbaru.

CV dibuat setelah melakukan activity pada RBS.(dianalogikan seperti tombol save,untuk menyimpan apa apa yang sudah kita kerjakan sebelumnya)

Cara mendelete CVKlik kanan CV yang akan diremove ( Remove.Remember: pastikan CV tidak startable dan bukan Rollback-list =1(but untuk di OSS Rollbaclklist secara otomatis berpindah ke CV sebelumnya)

Untuk me restart nodeB

1) klik kanan CV yang paling terbaru ( Reload with this CV

2) Pilih option restart nodeB seperti apa (tergantung request dari teman2 BSS)

Restart Warm & Restart Refresh = Merestart tanpa menjatuhkan NodeB

Restart Cold = Merestart dengan menjatuhkan NodeB (seperti deactivate di 2G)

Restart Cold w test = Merestart dengan menjatuhkan NodeB.Setiap modul akan di test satu persatu.

ATM AAL0 termination point ( digunakan untuk synchronization (VC 34;35 dan 41;42)2 VC bersifat active dan 2 VC lainnya Standby.

AAL2 Path TerminationPointsNodeB dikatakan hidup jika: Enabled; Unlock & Remotely unblocked.

Perftest modul

Cara 1

Pada NodeB tab menu Maintenance ( klik kanan test board

Pilih modul yang akan di test. Lock kemudian Start

dan tunggu..

Jika perftest sukses ( pada kolom result tulisannya berganti menjadi Pass

Jika perftest gagal ( pada kolom result tulisannya berganti menjadi Failed Unlock kalo sudah selesai.

Cara 2 Pada NodeB pilih layer Equipment

Pilih modul yang akan di test. Lock kemudian Start

Tunggu dan sering-sering menekan tombol refresh table..

Jika perftest sukses ( pada kolom Operation tulisannya berganti menjadi EnabledJika perftest gagal ( pada kolom result tulisannya tetap Disabled

Unlock kalo sudah selesai.

Melihat alarm list dan alarm log pada NodeBPada NodeB tab menu supervision

Alarm list = List alarm yang terjadi saat ini

Alarm log = History alarm yang pernah muncul

6. Alarm Loss OF Tracking

Langkah-langkah:

1. Masuk ke RBS(OSS) dilihat pada UtranCell ( Health State (Disable; Locked; operational)

2. Jika Locked ( info BSS alarm disebabkan karena Utrancell dilocked

3. Jika Disable ( cek IMA link melalui Winfiol or AMOS Masuk ke RXI (lihat data All Connectivity RXI-RBS.xls or gunakan user guide Heartbeat failure) untuk mengetahui RBS di RXI mana Ex: moshell 10.184.111.249

Artinya NodeB SBY522W servicenya masih dilock semua. Sehingga belum terhandle traffic

4. Untuk melihat Status IUB Link Down.

Dari perintah - strt di RNC bisa didapatkan NodeB tsb menggunakan IUB Link Berapa. Untuk SBY522W IUB Link = b1522SBY2.

Dari IUB Link untuk mendapat OAM ID dengan perintah:

- lget b1522SBY2 ct

OAM ID untuk SBY522Wl adalah b089

Setelah itu kita bisa tahu Node B tersebut terkoneksi ke RXI berapa. Dg perintah

Untuk melihat E1 pada IMA tsb enable atau tidak dg perintah

Jika Enable maka signaling NodeB tsb Naik.

7. Special case

Dari ketiga alarm diatas dapat dilihat sebelum semuaUtrancell dalam RBS jatuh, alarm pertama kali yang muncul adalah IMA Group Insufficient links (E1 jatuh duluan) kemudian baru alarm Utrancell muncul dan disertai alarm NbapDedicated_RncRbsControllinkdown(alarm RNC).

So, buat mudahin kita dalam monitoring, ketiga alarm ini bisa dibuat satu comment ex: Imagroup &ImaLink disable. Buat mastiin liat Iublink,RBSId,and IMA.8. Cek kelurusan VCDilakukan jika terdapat alarm

Berikutnya perhatikan tulisan paling kanan (ada sa dan sb). Itu artinya ada 2 link yg redundant.

Jadi, Signalink Link (Mtp3) IuR dari RNSBY02 ke RNSBY03 ada 2 link yg redundant sebagai proteksi. Jika masih ada 1 yg Enabled,masih aman.

Kemudian Cek Status RNSAP (Protocol IuR)

RNSBY02> st rnsap

Perhatikan Op. State yg ditandai. Statusnya Enabled semua. Artinya, protocol antar RNC Masih aktif, 1 link mtp3 yg jatuh di atas tidak sampai mengganggu service.

Cara Info :

Signalink IuR antar RNSBY02 ke RNSBY03 jatuh 1. RNSAP Enabled.

Ini berlaku jg untuk pengecekan Link yg lain (IuCS atau IuPS).
