Pada masa sekarang di mana setiap individu harus bertahan menghadapi kerasnya persaingan kehidupan sehari-hari maupun tuntutan pekerjaan di kantor, pengalaman stres yang dirasakan bisa semakin meningkat. Apabila stres ini dibiarkan dan tidak dikelola dengan baik, maka akan dapat memba- hayakan tidak saja kesehatan fisik namun juga kesehatan mental setiap individu yang mengalaminya. Dalam pelatihan ini pembahasan difokuskan untuk memanajemeni stres di tempat kerja. Di tempat kerja, stres dapat menurunkan tingkat produktivitas individu, yang apabila dibiarkan tidak ditangani dengan baik akan dapat berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Oleh sebab itu sangat penting untuk dapat mengelola stres dengan baik, pada tingkat organisasional maupun pada tingkat individu. Pada masa sekarang di mana setiap individu harus bertahan menghadapi kerasnya persaingan kehidupan sehari-hari maupun tuntutan pekerjaan di kantor, pengalaman stres yang dirasakan bisa semakin meningkat. Apabila stres ini dibiarkan dan tidak dikelola dengan baik, maka akan dapat memba-hayakan tidak saja kesehatan fisik namun juga kesehatan mental setiap individu yang mengalaminya.

Dalam pelatihan ini pembahasan difokuskan untuk memanajemeni stres di tempat kerja. Di tempat kerja, stres dapat menurunkan tingkat produktivitas individu, yang apabila dibiarkan tidak ditangani dengan baik akan dapat berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Oleh sebab itu sangat penting untuk dapat mengelola stres dengan baik, pada tingkat organisasional maupun pada tingkat individu.

PERHATIAN - KETENTUAN PEMBATALAN !

Bersama ini kami konfirmasikan pendaftaran nama tersebut diatas dan kami menyetujui semua ketentuan yang berlaku.

• Denda sebesar Rp 500.000,- (lima ratus ribu rupiah) untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan 2 (dua) hari kerja sebelum tanggal

penyelenggaraan.

• Denda sebesar 50% dari biaya program untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan 1 (satu) hari kerja sebelum tanggal penyelenggaraan.

• Denda sebesar 100% dari biaya program untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan pada tanggal penyelenggaraan.

• Seluruh biaya yang telah diterima akan dikembalikan apabila pembatalan dilakukan oleh PPM Manajemen
