• Kualitas adalah gabugan dari beberapa karakteristik yang membedakan produk (service) satu dengan lainnya dan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dalam tingkat penerimaan konsumen

• Harus dianalisa setiap atribut mutunya• Degree of excellence (derajat Kesempurnaan)

sesuai dengan limit yang telah ditetapkan

• Quality control dapat didefinisikan sebagai penjagaan terhadap kualitas pada level atau batas toleransi yang dapat diterima konsumen sehingga meminimalkan biaya produksi
