KATA PENGANTAR

Alhamdulillahirabbil alamin puji syukur kehadirat Allah SWT berkat rahmat serta

hidayah Nya saya dapat menyelesaikan skripsi yang berjudul “Pengaruh Program Edukasi

Nutrisi pada Ibu Terhadap Status Nutrisi Anak yang mengalami stunting: Studi Literatur”.

Skripsi ini merupakan tugas akhir dan salah satu syarat untuk memperoleh gelar sarjana

keperawatan (S.Kep) pada Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan di Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan

Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang.

Saya sebagai penulis banyak menerima bimbingan dan bantuan dari berbagai pihak

ABSTRACT

The Effect of Education Programs to Mothers on the Nutritional Status of Children with Stunting: A Literature Study

Pipit Permatasari1, Yoyok Bekti Prasetyo2

Introduction: Education is an interactive that encourages learning in an effort to

add new knowledge, change attitudes and skills in doing certain practices and

experiences. Nutrition education programs for mothers or parents are very important

to help children achieve optimal growth and development, so that they have an effect

on childrens intelligence, productivity and creativity in addition and development

towards the village.

Methods: This study uses a Systematic Literature Review, in which the researcher

analyzes 15 scientific articles obtained from five databases, namely Scient Direct, Taylor

& Francis, ProQuest, Willey Online Libery, and Pubmed. With inclusion criteria, namely

journals published in 2015-2020 and related to nutrition education program for

mothers with stunted children. The scientific articles obtained were then reviewed

and analyzed.

Results: From 15 journals, the results show that the established nutrition education

program and several methods, such as the Lecture, Brainstorming and

Demonstration (CBD) method, the Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSTF) method or

family-based education, educational methods with different booklets, cell-based

cellphone control methods, counseling methods, methods of giving modules and

group activities, as well methods of KIA books and media aplication such as

audiovisual. As well the benefits of this note education program is to provide

information to mothers with stunted children, premature baby or low birth weight

babies about matters related to health improve mother’s knowledge and skills in

caring for their babies and increase self-confidence which will help mothers deal with

the stress of caring for babies.

Conclusion: the results of this study found several types and benefits of nutrition

education programs on the nutritional status of children who are stunted.

Pendahuluan: Edukasi merupakan proses interaktif yang mendorong terjadinya

pembelajaran dalam upaya menambah ilmu baru, mengubah sikap serta keterampilan

melalui penguatan praktik dan pengalaman tertentu. Program edukasi nutrisi kepada

ibu atau orang tua sangat diperlukan untuk membantu anak mencapai tumbuh

kembang yang optimal, sehingga memberikan efek yang berdampak pada kecerdasan,

produktifitas dan kreatifitas anak dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan menuju

dewasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis dan manfaat

program edukasi nutrisi terhadap status nutrisi anak yang mengalami stunting.

Metode: Penilitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review, dimana peneliti

menganalisa 15 artikel yang didapat dari lima database yaitu Scient Direct, Taylor &

Francis, ProQuest, Willey Online Libery, dan Pubmed. Dengan kriteria inklusi yaitu jurnal

yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2015-2020 dan berkaitan dengan program edukasi nutrisi

pada ibu dengan anak stunting. Artikel ilmiah yang didapat kemudian dilakukan

review dan analisa.

Hasil: Dari 15 jurnal didapatkan hasil bahwa program edukasi nutrisi terdiri dari

beberap metode, yaitu metode Ceramah, Brainstorming, dan Demonstrasi (CBD),

metode Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSTF) atau pendidikan berbasis keluarga,

metode pendidikan dengan media booklet, metode pendidikan berbasis ponsel,

metode konseling, metode pemberian modul dan diskusi kelompok, serta metode

buku KIA dan media aplikasi seluler audiovisual. Serta manfaat program edukasi

nutrisi adalah untuk memberikan informasi kepada ibu dengan anak stunting, bayi

prematur atau BBLR tentang hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan untuk

meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan keterampilan dalam merawat bayinya dan

meningkatkan kepercayaan diri yang akan membantu para ibu menghadapi stres

merawat bayi..

Kesimpulan: hasil penelitian ini menemukan beberapa jenis dan manfaat program

edukasi nutrisi terhadap status nutrisi anak yang mengalami stunting.
