Lokasi site ini berada pada sebuah perbukitan, dengan kontur tanah yang cukupterjal, dengan posisinya yang cukup tinggi dari daerah disekitarnya, view ke arah lautpun dapat dilihat dari lokasi ini. Kompleks ini terdiri dari unit vila untuk disewakan, clubhouse, dan sebuah chapel di puncak bukit. Susunan unit vila dibuat trap seperti tangga,memanfaatkan kondisi kontur tanah yang cukup terjal, sehingga masing-masing unit,tetap memiliki view ke arah laut, tanpa terhalang oleh bangunan vila lain yang ada

didepannya.

Unit vila didesain dengan konsep modern, dengan bentukan yang sederhana,dan didominasi oleh dinding kaca untuk eksplorasi segala potensi view yang adadisekitarnya, termasuk taman dan kolam renang di masing-masing unit vila itu sendiri.

Unit vila terdiri dari ruangan kamar tidur, kamar mandi, pantry, ruang keluarga, terasluar, dan kolam renang. Atap didesain berbentuk datar agar tidak menghalangi viewbangunan dibelakangnya, dan diberi rumput (roof garden) agar menambah baikpengalaman ruang yang didapat dari bangunan dibelakangnya melihat ke arah luar.

Material finishing yang digunakan pada unit-unit vila terdiri dari material-materialalam, seperti batu paras palimanan, batu andesit, parquet kayu, dipadu dengan materialyang mencitrakan modernitas seperti stainless steel, kaca pada dinding dan railing,serta balutan warna putih yang mendominasi seluruh dinding solid.
