Prosedur KerjaProsedur Kerja

1. Prosedur Uji Kandungan Formalin Pada Bakso

Bakso dipotong–potong dengan dengan pisau/cutter menjadi beberapa bagian-bagian kecil

Cawan porselin disiapkan sebagai wadah sampel lalu memberinya label untuk masing–masing sampel bakso

Larutan KMnO4 1N diteteskan pada masing-masing cawan porselin yang berisi potongan-potongan bakso

Cawan porselin digoyang – goyangkan sambil menghitung reaksiperubahan yangterjadimenggunakan

stopwatch.
