    Indonesian

    Traditional clothes of course we know our nation, proud of the "Kebaya" because her

    clothes are always charming and again there are always new variations that enrich

    kebaya. Kebaya is a traditional Indonesian clothing that comes from the Malay culture

    (Southeast Asia).

    Cambodia

    Cambodian traditional costume called sampot. Sampot of Cambodia is looking very fit when

    used berkativitas, move, including dancing. The form is used pants, differentiate with its

    neighbors in Southeast Asia. Characteristic of tropical can be seen from makeup and thin

    cloth used to suit the tropical climate.

    Thailand

    Until now I have not found the name of a traditional Thai custom clothing. Slightly similar to

    Philippines - Barong Tagalog

    The Philippines is a traditional costume of Barong Tagalog. Somehow named tagalog, such

    Malaysia

    Kachin men wear shirts, traditional jackets, sarong-like longyis or slacks. They also wear

    turbans or headdresses with tassels, han ging loose one end on the right of their head. They

    keep a sword and a shoulder bag as an ornament. Kachin women adorn themselves with

    hand-woven clothes with flowery and checkered designs. A number of silver coins and studs

    are attached to their blouses.

    Brunei

    Bruneians wear traditional Malay costumes. Men wear baju Melayu. Brunei women dress in

    brightly coloured apparels. The dresses usually cover their body from head to toe. They

    wear a head scarf in public places and in government offices.

    Singapura

    Singapore does not have a national costume but its three main ethnic groups (Chinese,

    Malay and Indian) each have their own traditional styles of dress that are used on

    certain occasions. The elegantcheongsam or qipao as it is known in Mandarin will often be

    worn by Chinese women in Singapore on theirwedding day or during Chinese New Year

    Vietnam

    The "ao dai" ("flowing tunic") has been the traditional dress for Vietnamese women long,

    long ago. There are many different kinds of ao dai: the four-part flowing tunic had two equal

    front flaps that women tied together, while the five-part flowing tunic had an additional

    small front flap that buttoned up onto the right side of the dress.

    Laos

    Nowadays, thepeopleof Laos are seen very rarely in their traditional dresses. The

    traditional dress of Laosis very much similar to the Hmong community. Hmong

    Communityis dispersed in different parts of Laos, Vietnam, Thailand and Myanmar etc. In

    the past, these traditional dresses were hand woven and generally made of hemp. Presently

    these dresses are made with artificial material on advanced stitching machines. There is

    tremendous variety in the designs and patterns in the Laos clothing. The colors of Laos

    clothing range from common colors like black and white to vibrant and bright colors like

    pink and green and blue.
