LOMBOK TIMUR

PENJELASAN

1. Perisai segi lima berwarna kuning dan hitam melambangkan Seni dan Budaya yang

berdasarkan Pancasila;

2. Bintang bersegi lima berwarna kuning emas, melambangkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa;

3. Padi dan Kapas; Padi berwarna kuning emas, Kapas berwarna hijau dan putih melambangkan

kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan;

4. Bunga teratai bersegi lima berwarna putih, melambangkan kesucian yang berdasarkan

Pancasila;

5. Gunung yang berwarna biru tua dan berasap melambangkan:

a. Gunung melambangkan Gunung Rinjani adalah Gunung yang tertinggi di Lombok Timur

yang mengandung arti kebesaran jiwa membangun untuk kejayaan;

b.

Asap

menandakan

gunung

berapi

yang

melambangkan

jiwa

masyarakat

Lombok

Timur

yang dinamis;

6. Dataran berwarna hijau di bawah gunung adalah dataran yang melambangkan bahwa Daerah

Lombok Timur bersifat agraris;

7. Tugu bertangga 5 (lima) tingkat berwarna kuning melambangkan semangat perjuangan

masyarakat Lombok Timur dalam membela serta mengisi kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia

dengan jiwa patriotisme Pancasila;

8. Roda bergigi 12 (dua belas) berwarna putih melambangkan usaha Pemerintah dan rakyat yang

tidak henti‐hentinya untuk mencapai masyarakat adil dan makmur;

9. Pita berwarna merah putih melambangkan, Kedaulatan dan Kebesaran Negara Republik

Indonesia;

10. Pita berwarna putih bertuliskan PATUH KARYA, adalah merupakan Motto Daerah Tingkat II

Lombok Timur;

11. Saat terbentuknya Kabupaten Lombok Timur yaitu pada tanggal 27 Desember 1958 dinyatakan

dengan jumlah dari pada :

a. Kapas sebanyak 27 (dua puluh tujuh) tangkai;

b. Gigi roda sebanyak 12 (dua belas) buah;

c. Padi sebanyak 58 (lima puluh delapan) butir.

Kami panjatkan puji syukur kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa atas

terbitnya buku Lombok Timur Dalam Angka Tahun 2010/2011 yang

diterbitkan oleh Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA)

Kabupaten Lombok Timur bekerjasama dengan Badan Pusat Statistik

Kabupaten Lombok

Timur.

Data dan informasi yang akurat sangatlah diperlukan sebagai

dasar dalam perencanaan pembangunan, penyusunan kebijakan, pelaksanaan

sampai evaluasi hasil pembangunan. Oleh karena itu, buku ini mempunyai

arti yang sangat penting.

Buku ini memuat data secara menyeluruh tentang situasi dan kondisi

FOREWORD


Assalamu’alaikum Wr. Wb.

Thanks to the Almighty God for the publication of the book Lombok

Timur in Figures 2010/2011 published by Regional Development Planning

Board of Lombok Timur Regency in cooperation with Central Bureau of

Statistics of Lombok Timur Regency.

The accurate data and Information that are required to be a basic

in arranging the programme, formulation of policy, implementation up to

evaluation of the results .of development. That’s why this book has an

essential meaning to the readers.

This book describes the comprehensive data on the situation and

economic conditions, social, cultural, demographic and its aspects as well as

other side of the community in Lombok Timur Regency including some

development data

of

recently

years.

Lombok Timur in figures 2010/2011 hopefully can be used as good

as possible by all institutions and it can support various important elements of

society within the framework of making decision.

Wr.Wb.

Lombok Timur Dalam Angka 2010/2011 merupakan publikasi

yang diterbitkan setiap tahun oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Lombok

Timur. Publikasi ini menampilkan berbagai macam data sosial, kependudukan,

pertanian, perekonomian, serta data ‐ data lain yang ada di Kabupaten

Lombok Timur. Data yang disajikan tidak hanya data primer hasil kegiatan BPS

melainkan juga data sekunder produk administrasi instansi lain.

Publikasi Lombok Timur Dalam Angka 2010/2011 merupakan

lanjutan dari publikasi tahun sebelumnya yang secara bertahap telah

diupayakan untuk disempurnakan. Namun demikian kekurangan selalu ada.

INTRODUCTION


Assalamu’alaikum

Wr.Wb.

Lombok Timur in Figures 2010/2011 is a publication issued annually

by Central Bureau of Statistics of Lombok Timur Regency. This publication

shows various social data, population, agriculture, economy, and other data in

Lombok Timur Regency. The data which presented is not only the primary data

of the Central Statistics Agency activities but also secondary one which

includes administration

products

of

other

agencies.

Publication of Lombok Timur in Figures 2010/2011 is a continuation

of previous publications which gradually has been sought to be improved.

Since a shortage on its writing therefore criticism and suggestions from

readers to improve the publication of its book in the future would be

appreciated. Due to publication we would like to say thank you to all

institutions who have provided assistance for the realization of the book
