• Usia ibu merupkan salah satu faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap terjadinya anomali (cacat) pada kehamilan. Usia yang terlalu muda (<20 tahun) ataupun terlalu tua (>39tahun) cenderung memiliki kemungkinan terjadinya anomali yang lebih besar dibanding usia produktif (20-35tahun).
