    Our hospital plays a n importa nt role in providing emergency medical services in t he

    Tokatsu Area in th e Chiba Pr efectur e, based on t he ph ilosophy of holistic medicine.

    Out hospital also has a welfare facility for the elderly requiring long-term care and a

    home visit nu rsin g car e clinic, focusing on medical car e the elder ly, reh abilitat ion, an dhome hea lth care. We provide a wide r age of comm un ity-based compr ehen sive medical

    care ser vices from medical care for t hose who ar e in a cute per iod to welfare ser vices for

    the elderly. The sta ff members of our Nu rsing Depart ment are awar e of the role of our

    hospital a s a commu nity core h ospital an d aim to provide sincere n ursing care,

    respecting our pat ients an d th eir families. Our hospital ha s a comforta ble dormitory

    for n ur ses, and pr ovides various club activities, hoping to improve the work

    environmen t. We also supp ort our em ployees career pr ogression, providing tra ining

    The start ing salary at our h ospital, as shown in the chart , is usually \

    105,000 for a Nu rsin g Aid. However, considering th e can didat e has m ore tha n 3 year s

    nur sing experience in Indonesia, we calculate their an nu al raise to be \ 6,000 rath er

    tha n th e regular r aise of \ 3,000. Therefore, the st art ing salary of the person who is

    accepted t o our hospital will be \ 123,000. The more years of work experience in

    Indonesia they have, an a dditional am oun t will be added to their base salar y,

    according to the size, type, and emp loyment system of th e hospital th ey worked

    for. When th e hospital decides th at it is necessary, the

    tra nsportat ion fee and th e expense for pa rticipating in the t raining pr ogram will be

    paid, while paying th e salar y for working at our hospital Our

    hospital h as a va riety of club activities for our em ployees, such as a t enn is club,
