submitted, that your proposed paper has been accepted for publication in the ProceedingsVolume and CD-ROMof the 37
th IPA Convention & Exhibition. The convention will be held at the

Currently, we do not have
In order to publish your paper at the meeting in May, you will be required to prepare a manuscript
for publication in a Proceedings Volume and/or a Proceedings CD-ROM. We prefer a full
international standard technical paper to supplement the large body of reference material already
available in previous IPA publications.

paper as an oral or as a Poster presentation. However, if it is acceptable to you, we would like to
place your paper on a short list to replace any papers that are withdrawn prior to the conference.
Our experience is that there are always some papers withdrawn and it is likely that most, if not all,
of the short-listed replacement papers will be given an opportunity to present orally. Your paper will
be published in the conference proceedings whether or not it is ultimately presented orally or as a
poster.
We would appreciate your immediate response, confirming that you intend to prepare a manuscript
for the 2013 Convention. To respond, please simply photocopy this letter, complete and sign below
where appropriate, and fax back or e-mail to the IPA Secretariat, 7th
January, 2013 at the latest.
The deadline for manuscript completion and submission to
the IPA will be 25th
February, 2013.
Upon confirmation that you will prepare a manuscript, we will forward you specific guidelines forpreparing the manuscript along with the guidelines for preparing a presentation. Thank you for your
participation in the IPA Convention & Exhibition.
