PROMULGACIÓN DEL DECRETO 25575/LX/15, MEDIANTE EL CUAL SE APRUEBAN LAS TABLAS DE VALORES UNITARIOS DE TERRENOS Y CONSTRUCCIONES DEL MUNICIPIO DE CHIQUILISTLÁN, JALISCO, PARA EL EJERCICIO FISCAL DE 2016, ASÍ COMO LOS ANEXOS QUE SE ACOMPAÑAN, LOS CUALES FORMAN PARTE INTEGRAL DEL PRESENTE DECRETO; APROBADO POR EL H. CONGRESO DEL ESTADO DE JALISCO, EN SESIÓN DEL 22 DE OCTUBRE DE 2015.

En mérito de lo anterior y con fundamento en el artículo 50 fracción I de la Constitución Política del Estado de Jalisco, mando se imprima, publique, divulgue y se le dé el debido cumplimiento.

Emitido en Palacio de Gobierno, sede del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado Libre y Soberano de Jalisco, a los 23 veintitrés días del mes de noviembre de 2015 dos mil quince.

EL CONGRESO DEL ESTADO DECRETA:

SE EXPIDEN LAS TABLAS DE VALORES UNITARIOS DE TERRENOS

Y CONSTRUCCIONES DEL MUNICIPIO DE CHIQUILISTLÁN, JALISCO,

PARA EL EJERCICIO FISCAL 2016, ASÍ COMO LOS ANEXOS QUE SE

ACOMPAÑAN, LOS CUALES FORMAN PARTE INTEGRAL DEL

PRESENTE DECRETO.

ARTÍCULO ÚNICO. Se aprueban las Tablas de Valores Unitarios de Terrenos

y Construcciones del municipio de Chiquilistlán, Jalisco, para el ejercicio

fiscal 2016, así como los anexos que se acompañan, los cuales forman

parte integral del presente decreto"

TR A N S ITO R I O S

PRIMERO. Este decreto entrará en vigor el día 1 de enero de 2016, previa

su publicación en el periódico oficial El Estado de Jalisco.

SEGUNDO. En tanto no se aprueben por el Congreso del Estado de

Jalisco y entren en vigor las presentes Tablas de Valores Unitarios de

Terrenos y Construcciones, regirán los valores que hubieran sido

aplicados en el ejercicio fiscal inmediato anterior.

TERCERO. La entrada en vigor de las presentes Tablas de Valores

Unitarios de Terrenos y Construcciones, abrogan y dejan sin efectos

jurídicos cualquier otra aprobada con anterioridad.
