The company is an organization that has the vision, mission, and goals of the organization.The problem in this study is the effectiveness and level oj education affect the performanceof the employees in the bureau of planning and development of poor forestry PERHUTANJ.Theory used in this study is about effectiveness theory and education theory. From theresults a/multiple linear regression analysis variable-independent variables consisting ofthe independent variable (Effectiveness (XJ and level of Education (X) jointly have asignificant influence the dependent variable is the performance of the employees. From theresults of the F test showed that the value of 68,186 F count meaningful value F countgreater than F table 2:49. It is because the variable t-count 3504 Level of Education (X2)has a value greater than t-table at 1.9901, then Ho is rejected which means significantinfluence on the performance of/he variable level of education employees.TRANSCRIPT
