B. Laboratorium Nutrisia. Soxhlet Extractor

Sebuah bidal ekstraksi diperlukan untuk mendukung sampel.Kegunaan :Ekstraktor soxhlet adalah salah satu instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengekstrak suatu senyawa. Dan umumnya metode yang digunakan dalam instrumen ini adalah untuk mengekstrak senyawa yang kelarutannya terbatas dalam suatu pelarut namun jika suatu senyawa mempunyai kelarutan yang tinggi dalam suatu pelarut tertentu, maka biasanya metode filtrasi (penyaringan/pemisahan) biasa dapat digunakan untuk memisahkan senyawa tersebut dari suatu sampel.

Prinsip kerja :Ekstraktor soxhlet adalah salah satu model ekstraksi (pemisahan/pengambilan) yang menggunakan pelarut selalu baru dalam mengekstraknya sehingga terjadi ektraksi yang kontinyu dengan adanya jumlah pelarut konstan yang juga dibantu dengan pendingin balik (kondensor).b. Kegunaan : menginkubasi atau memeram mikroba pada suhu yang terkontrol(umumnya diatas suhu ambient) disertai kemampuan menyediakan keadaan kaya karbondioksida.
