• Tuntutan lembaga pendidikan, salah satunya Perguruan Tinggi, khususnyaUniversitas Pancasila sudah saatnya merespon kebutuhan tantangan dankompetisi dalam persaingan tingkat global.
• Salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam memenangkan persaingan global, bukan hanya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan saja, namun nilai, sikap dan karaktermerupakan hal yang tidak dapat terpisahkan dalam sebuah kesuksesan.
• Dalam kompetensi, bagian ini dikenal dengan soft competency.
• Pendidikan yang berhasil dapat mengedepankan hard competency (pengetahuandan ketrampilan) dan soft skill (nilai, sikap dan karakter) secara seimbang dalammenciptakan manusia-manusia unggul.
