Tujuan kami memilih jenis usaha ini, pertama untuk mencari

keuntungan/ laba dari usaha ini, kedua untuk menarik minat

konsumen untuk merasakan makanan yang sehat dan penuh kreasi

anekarasa, ketiga untuk mencapai target market dari usaha ini.

Selain menjelaskan diatas usaha kami juga bertujuan agar dapat

menjadi usaha yang tepat guna, serta kami berharap usaha ini

dapat memberikan tambahan uang saku bagi kami yang masih

pelajar agar tidak terlalu bergantung pada orang tua.

OPPORTUNITY

Kelemahan adalah halhal yang bersifat negatif yang mempengaruhi

usaha kami. Kelemahan produk kami yaitu produk tidak tahan lama karena

tidak menggunakan bahan pengawet.

Kekuatan adalah halhal yang bersifat positif yang

mempengaruhi usaha kami. Kekuatan yang kami miliki antara lain kami

menjual produk untuk semua kalangan masyarakat SMA N 3 Semarang,

dan masih jarang ditemui (tidak banyak pesaing yang serupa), serta

disukai banyak orang.

Peluang atau kesempatan merupakan halhal yang ada di masyarakatsekitar kita yang mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap usaha, peluang

kami yaitu memberikan inovasi makanan baru di SMA N 3 Semarangsehingga masyarakat SMA 3 dapat merasakan olahan lain dari jamurselain disayur dan memiliki rasa yang enak dan gurih.

THREAT

Ancaman merupakan halhal yang mempunyai pengaruh negatif

terhadap usaha kami. Ancaman kami yaitu mungkin akan banyak

bermunculan produkproduk serupa dimasa yang akan datang.
