DEPOSIT COMMODITY

1. DEPOSIT REQUEST Sebelum mendepositkan komoditi ke gudang, Seller perlu memasukkan data yang dibutuhkan pada sistem EPACT-CD

dengan memilih menu Commodity Deposit kemudian pilih menu Deposit Request

Before depositing commodities into the warehouse, the Seller needs to enter the required data in the EPACT-CD system

by selecting the Commodity Deposit menu and then selecting the Deposit Request menu

Klik tombol Create Request. (Select Create Request)

Isi data pada Request Information. Untuk mengisi jam deposit, klik button yang berada dibawah kalender. Sesuaikan

jumlah Total Weight dengan mengecek Estimate Lot Size yang dikalkulasikan secara otomatis oleh sistem.

Fill in the data in Request Information. To fill in the deposit hour, click the button below the calendar. Adjust the total

weight by checking the Estimate Lot Size which is calculated automatically by the system.

Klik tombol Next untuk melanjutkan. ( Click the Next button to continue.)

Untuk langkah berikutnya yaitu mengisi Dokumen Informasi, yang mana terdapat 2 metode input Manual Batch dan

Excel upload (untuk mempercepat proses input) sperti gambar dibawah ini.

For the next step is to fill in the Information Document, where there are 2 Manual Batch input methods and Excel upload

(to speed up the input process) as shown below.

1. Langkah input dengan metode Manual Bacth (Input the data with Manual Batch method)

Isi data Batch/Lot, COA number kemudian klik nomor 1 untuk validasi data, pilih perusahaan survey yang menerbitkan

COA, dan upload dokumen COA.

(Fill in the Batch / Lot data, COA number then click arrow number 1 to validate the data, select the survey company that

issued the COA, then upload the COA document.)

-Klik tombol Submit. (Click the Submit button)

Data akan tersimpan di tabel. Untuk menghapus data lot dapat mengklik button di Actions.

Data will be saved in the table. To delete a data lot, click the button in Actions.

Seller dapat menginput data lot selanjutnya sesuai dengan langkah-langkah diatas (jumlah lot disesuaikan dengan total

weight yang telah diinput sebelumnya)

Jika semua data lot telah diinput, klik tombol Next.

2. Langkah input dengan metode Excel Upload (input the data with Excel Upload method)

Ini adalah cara lain dalam mengisi data Dokumen Informasi dalam jumlah banyak.

(This is another way of filling in a lot of Information Document data)

1- Pilih tombol excel upload (select Excel upload

3- Pilih issued by/Lembaga surveyor (select surveyor)

Buka excel template, kemudian isikan data Batch dan COA.

( Open the excel template, and then fill in the Batch and COA data.).

Unggah data excel template yang sudah diisi, kemudian system akan memvalidasi. Jika tidak sesuai, harap perbaiki

dahulu kemudian unggah kembali lalu klik submit.

(Upload the filled excel template data, then the system validates. If it doesn't match, please fix it first and then upload it

again and then click submit).

Pada Bundle Information, Seller harus menginput seluruh data per bundle sesuai dengan lot yang telah diinput

sebelumnya.

In Bundle Information, Seller must input all data per bundle according to the lots that have been inputted before.

Klik button Bundle Details.( Click the Bundle Details button.)

Pilih batch yang akan diisi datanya

Pilih bundle 1, isi berat Tare, Gross Weight, dan Brand Product. Klik Save.

Choose bundle 1, fill in Tare weight, Gross Weight, and Brand Product. Click Save.

Data yang diinput akan otomatis tersimpan pada tabel dibawah.

Jika lot pertama telah diisi data perbundle, lanjutkan pada lot ke 2 sampai ke 5.

If the first lot has been filled with bundle data, continue on lots 2 to 5.

Untuk mempermudah penginputan data bundle dalam jumlah yang banyak, Seller dapat memilih metode Excel Upload.

To facilitate the input of bundle data in large numbers, Seller can choose the Excel Upload method.

Klik Download Excel Template button dan isi semua data bundle sesuai lot yang akan didepositkan pada template excel

tersebut.

Click the Download Excel Template button and fill in all the data bundles according to the lot that will be deposited on

the Excel template.

Tabel Batch/Lot pada excel harus sama dengan Batch/Lot pada menu Document Information yang sudah diinput pada

Document Information.

The Batch / Lot table in Excel must be the same as the Batch / Lot in the Document Information menu that has been

inputted on Document Information.

Upload file excel, jika sukses klik submit. Jika failed, periksa kembali kesesuaian data excel.

Upload an excel file, if successful click submit. If it fails, double check the compatibility of Excel data.

Data pada excel akan otomatis tampil pada tabel bundle details di EPACT-CD. Jika sudah sesuai, klik Next.

Selanjutnya isi data pada Trucking Information.

Next fill in the data in Trucking Information.

Klik Add Trucking Vendor button. Isi nama perusahaan jasa trucking. Klik Save.

Isi detail data supir dengan mengklik button + pada Actions.

Fill in the driver data details by clicking the button + on Actions.

Isi nama supir, nomor KTP (identity number), plat kendaraan (vehicle number), dan pilih jenis kendaraan. Klik tombol

Save.

Fill in the driver's name, ID number (identity number), vehicle plate (vehicle number), and select the type of vehicle. Click

Save button.

Data berhasil ditambahkan. Klik Close.

Jika semua data yang dibutuhkan untuk request deposit ke gudang transit telah lengkap dan sesuai, klik Finish Request.

Seller dapat mengklik button previous untuk mengecek kembali data yang telah diinput sebelum mengklik Finish

Request.

Request deposit berhasil dibuat dengan status pending (menunggu untuk di approve oleh gudang). Jika request masih

berstatus pending, Seller dapat mengedit tanggal deposit, menambahkan data vendor dan dokumen dengan mengklik

tombol Edit Request.

Jika request telah di approve, Seller dapat mengirim komoditi ke gudang sesuai dengan jadwal.

Di gudang, komoditi akan dicek dan ditimbang dan hasilnya akan dimasukkan ke sistem. Status request berubah menjadi

Completed.

1.1 GDN (GOODS DEPOSIT NOTE) Setelah request complete, EPACT-CD sistem akan menerbitkan GDN. Pihak gudang transit akan men-submit GDN.

Status GDN berubah menunggu pihak gudang untuk melakukan submit agar CDN terbit.

1.2 CDN (COMMODITY DEPOSIT NOTE) Status CDN pending menunggu approval dari pihak gudang.

Setelah CDN di approve oleh pihak gudang, status CDN berubah menjadi Approved.

Untuk mendownload CDN, klik tombol pada Actions, lalu klik tombol Print CDN.

1.3 CDN FINANCING Untuk melakukan financing dengan bank yang telah terdaftar di ICDX, klik submenu CDN List pada menu Commodity

Request.

Setelah request berhasil disubmit, pihak admin ILB dan ICH akan melakukan konfirmasi dan CDN berhasil di financing.

2. TRADE ALLOCATION CDN akan ditradingkan oleh Seller melalui bursa. Hasil trading akan diunggah ke sistem EPACT-CD untuk selanjutnya

Buyer memilih 2 opsi yaitu ADP atau PLB.

2.1 ADP (ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY PROCEDURE) Jika Buyer memilih ADP, maka Delivery Option berubah menjadi ADP dan menunggu ICH untuk konfirmasi.

Setelah ICH melakukan konfirmasi, Seller perlu melakukan konfirmasi lanjutan dengan mengklik tombol Upload PLB

Document.

Untuk mengunggah dokumen, klik Upload Here kemudian pilih dokumen yang akan diunggah.

Proses ADP request pada EPACT-CD selesai dan komoditi dapat dikeluarkan dari gudang.

2.2 PLB (PUSAT LOGISTIK BERIKAT) Jika Buyer memilih PLB, maka Delivery Option berubah menjadi PLB dan menunggu ICH untuk konfirmasi.

Document.

Klik Logistic Vendor Information, isi nama vendor lalu klik tombol Submit (hijau).

Selanjutnya klik tombol Add Agent Information pada action untuk mengisi data supir vendor.

kemudian klik tombol Submit (biru) untuk melanjutkan proses PLB.

Konfirmasi berhasil dilakukan dan menunggu ILB untuk melakukan konfirmasi lanjutan.
