PROSEDUR KEANGGOTAAN IMI

1.Mengisi form pendaftaran secara lengkap

2.Melampirkan foto copy/scan Paspor dan SIM yang sah dan masih berlaku

3.Melampirkan 2 lembar pas foto / scan foto ukuran 2 x 3 cm.

4.Menyerahkan/mengirim kan berkas pendaftaran ke alamat/email kantor Pusat atau kantor Provinsi IMI.

5. Menerima pengesahan verifikasi data dari IMI, dan membayar iuran anggota.

6. Menerima Kartu Tanda Anggota ( KTA ) IMI

PROSEDUR PENERBITAN CPD CARNET 1.Mengisi form permohonan secara lengkap,

dan membeli blanko dokumen CPD Carnet,2.Menunjukan Paspor, SIM, KTA IMI, asli yang

sah dan masih berlaku, serta menyerahkan fotocopynya,

3.Menunjukan Faktur pembelian, BPKB , STNK kendaraan asli yang sah dan masih berlaku, serta menyerahkan fotocopynya,

4.Menunjukan Kendaraan yang akan mempergunakan fasilitas CPD, serta menyerahkan foto dari kendaraan, no.mesin, no.rangka dan no.polisi, masing-masing ukuran 8 x 13 cm,

5.Menyerahkan surat persetujuan pemeriksaan fisik dan blanko dokumen CPD Carnet,

6.Membayar jaminan penerbitan CPD Carnet, yang akan dikembalikan bila kendaraan telah kembali sesuai aslinya, dan dokumen CPD Carnet telah dikembalikan ke IMI.
