Like it or not... Covid-19 had adversely impacted

hundreds of companies triggering thousands of job

losses around the world due to lock down in the past

3 months. It's going to take couple of years to get

be a bouncy ride for many.

If you are employed as top management, better be

prepared for a cut in your pay. And for those who are

in the middle & junior levels , better be prepared for

handling more work load (or) be laid-off. And if you

are a businessman or entrepreneur, your

nightmares may still continue for some more

months till demand and supplies balance a bit

more. Malls, cinemas, safaris and beaches will still

take time to get crowded. Lower half of our faces will

stay covered for next few years till our body gets

used to this virus.

Irrespective of whether you continue employed or

laid off, you still need money to feed yourself and

your family. You may already have plans to cut down

your expenses on luxuries to some extent but you

still need to pay your house rent and those utility

bills. Your credit cards will still continued to be

swiped for buying groceries and essential s. Your

loans, mortgages and insurances still need to be

paid on time. Life need to be run whether you

continue to get money in your bank account or not.

You may not have much control on what your

employer may decide for you. You may not have a

single clue about how you are going to sell off those

stocks that your had piled up in your warehouses for

summer.. Or expect to see again that real estate

customer who was hell-bent on buying your beach

view apartment... But it's prudent to have an

Yes.. This is bad and you have a problem in hand..

But it's not that bad. You had survived situations

worst than this.. So.. Don't lose heart..Be positive. You

may opt for losing all.. Except self confidence.

2020 is going to be a very challenging year for

everyone. And definitely it's going to teach us

remembering lots of lessons that we had forgotten

for quite some time now.

We have been running after this stupid money for a

long time now. But did we ever noticed that we

missed many things due to this mad run?

How many days did we sat with our mom and dad in

their seventies and eighties , holding their hands

and talking to them about our early day. How hard

they would have burned their hear t and soul to

make us happy and prepare us to stand strong in

this society ?

How many days did we sat with our spouse and talk

about their likes and hobbies ? Yes , even when we

tried some days, our phones were not happy about it

and were hell bent in holding themselves in our

palm.

Our laptops spent more time in our laps than our

kids and we called ourselves hi-techs.

We had thousands of friends in face book, LinkedIn

and twitter groups but didn't know the name of the

months proved money worthless.

Yes, money is required in life.. But life is not money.

Whether we live forty or eighty we need loving

relations around us.. And that's really what this virus

had taught us.

This is not a year for earning money.. But it's going to

be a year for keeping you and your family safe

It's not about running your business profitably but

it's all about keeping your employees happy

A wealthy organization is not represented by the tall

buildings, expensive furniture, lavish interiors or the

latest lap tops its employees holds. Its represented

by the determinations and morale of the employees

who stand for it.
