Strengths

o Struktur Menu effective

o High Graphic Interface

o Alur cerita easy to play dan mudah dimengerti

Weaknesses

o Ending Chapter yang kurang menarik atau memuaskan

o Option senjata yang kurang banyak

Opportunities

o Pengembangan cerita karena banyaknya bahan dan kejadian dimarket (perang

dan kerusuhan)

o Potensial market luas

o Banyaknya penggemar games fps dari lokal (pointblank)

o Peningkatan kualitas graphic karena sudah banyak gamer yang loyal

Threat

o Banyaknya persaingan

o Game-game lokal (fps)

2. Tampilan Baru Facebook

Strength

o Memudahkan user untuk berbagi cerita

o Membuat user nyaman dan tidak melirik blog atau media lain untuk berbagi

o Layout memudahkan untuk melihat timeline dimasa lalu

o Sistem keamanan yang bagus (last login ip,dll)

Weakness

o Tidak tersaringnya share timeline home menurut kategori secara otomatis

o Tidak adanya layanan html atau edit layout custom

o Opsi layout tidak beragam

o Halaman tidak praktis

Opportunities

o Membuat pembelian online mp3, software, online shop dengan menggunakan id

dan verifikasi facebook dengan no hp (satuan uang = pulsa)

o Website-website dan blog berpindah kepada facebook jadi seperti internet

didalam internet ( facebook)

Threat

o Negara terus meminta database user karena terlalu mainstream

3. Medal Of Honour 2011

Strenght:

o Cerita yang update (perang irak)

o Graphic yang high dan berkualitas

o Alur cerita yang bervariasi

o Senjata yang canggih dan banyak pilihan (sniper,shotgun,dll)

Weakness:

o Cerita terkait konspirasi (banyaknya yang tidak setuju dengan perang di Irak)

o Cerita terlalu singkat

Opportunities:

o Bisa mengembangkan cerita menurut asumsi yang banyak ditengah masyarakat

bukan menyudutkan

o Setting tempat perang laut

Threats:

o Kritik bagi gamer yang tidak suka dengan perang Irak

4. Hugo Movie

Strenght:

o Steampunk theme yang menarik audience

o Cerita yang menarik dan setingan tempat Paris

o Warna dan photography yang bagus

Weakness:

o Cerita dapat ditebak

o Kurang bagus acting aktor

Opportunities:

o Mengembangkan cerita menjadi lebih complex

o Memilih actor yang sesuai dengan karakter

Threats:

o Pesaing terlalu kuat

Strenght:

o Pengalaman yang baru bagi pecinta dunia komik tanpa kehilangan esense

sebuah komik

o Lebih menceritakan seperti audiobook sedikit script

Weakness:

o Kualitas gambar yang masih kurang baik

o Motion gerakan yg kurang baik

Opportunities:

o Cerita yang lebih dramatic

o Dalam segi musical yang lebih menarik

o Sedikit memuluskan gerakan
