LATAR BELAKANG

Dalam rangka memenuhi target penyelesaian program pendidikan di Jurusan Penerbang Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia, dipandang perlu untuk menambah kapasitas training area dengan cara membuka outbase di bandara yang memenuhi kriteria mengingat terbatasnya jumlah training area di Bandara Budiarto dengan jumlah pesawat yang ada.

DESKRIPSI BANDARA TUNGGUL WULUNG

Berdasarkan hasil survey yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, Bandara Tunggul Wulung dianggap memenuhi kriteria untuk pelaksanaan program pelatihan praktek terbang Taruna Penerbang Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia.Berikut adalah data tentang Bandara Tunggul Wulung yang diperoleh dari hasil survey sebelumnya ;

LOCAL PROCEDURE

Untuk menunjang kegiatan pelatihan terbang di Bandara Tunggul Wulung, Jurusan Penerbang STPI bekerja sama dengan pihak ATC Tunggul Wulung telah menyiapkan Local Procedure yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk tujuan keselamatan dan keseragaman prosedur pelatihan terbang di Bandara Tunggul Wulung.TRAINING AREATUNGGUL WULUNG ( WIHL )

General procedure :

1. Training exercise should maintain 3000 ft and bellow in this training area, and keep describe significant groud check point border by visual.1. Standart traffic altitude outgoing to training area are maintain altitude 2500 ft.1. Standart traffic incoming from trainning area are maintain altitude 1500 ft .1. Aircraft incoming and outgoing MULYA & KEDUNG area should via Railway of Cilacap Tasikmalaya, than KAWUNG as terminal point of WIHL.1. Aircraft incoming and outgoing NANGUN & DIPA area should via Railway of Cilacap Kebumen, than MAOS as terminal point of WIHL.1. Aircraft to PANGAN area should via SEGAR as terminal point of WIHL.1. For separation with traffic incoming and out going to Cilacap, subject to ATC for vertical separation.

STANDARD VISUAL DEPARTURE

Standard visual departure Runway 31 :1. TO MULYA AREAAfter takeoff maintain runway heading until 1000 ft then make turn Left to heading 264o intercept track 294o to KAWUNG point (294o/7,5 NM CLP) then follow railway of Cilacap-Tasikmalaya until reach MULYA area 2. TO KEDUNG AREAAter takeoff maintain runway heading until 1000 ft then make turn left heading 264o intercept traack to KAWUNG point (294o/7,5 NM CLP) continue climb to 2500 ft then follow railway of Cilacap-Tasikmalaya until reach of KEDUNG area 3. TO ANAK AREAAfter takeoff maintai runway heading until 1000 ft then make turn left to heading 256o intercept track 286o continue climb to 2500 ft until reach of ANAK area 4. TO PANGAN AREAAfter takeoff maintain runway heading until 1000 ft then make turn left to heading 231o intercept track 261o continue climb to 2500 ft until reach ANAK point (261o/14 NM CLP) then heading west and follow coastline until reach PANGAN area.

Standard visual departure runway 13 :1. TO MULYA AREAAfter takeoff maintain runway heading until 1000 ft then make turn right to heading 264o intercept track 294o to KAWUNG point (294o/7,5 NM CLP) then follow railway of Cilacap-Tasikmalaya until reach MULYA area 2. TO KEDUNG AREAAter takeoff maintain runway heading until 1000 ft then make turn right heading 264o intercept track 294o to KAWUNG point (294o/7,5 NM CLP) continue climb to 2500 ft then follow railway of Cilacap-Tasikmalaya until reach of KEDUNG area 3. TO ANAK AREAAfter takeoff maintai runway heading until 1000 ft then make turn right to heading 246o intercept track 286o continue climb to 2500 ft until reach of ANAK area 4. TO PANGAN AREAAfter takeoff maintain runway heading until 1000 ft then make turn right to heading 264o intercept track 261o continue climb to 2500 ft until reach ANAK point (261o/14 NM CLP) then heading west and follow coastline until reach PANGAN area

STANDARD VISUAL ARRIVAL

RUNWAY 31From ANAK, KAWUNG, & MAOS point maintain 1500 ft proced to VOR then descend 1000 ft join LEFT DOWN WIND Runway 31 or as instructed by ATC.

RUNWAY 13From ANAK, KAWUNG, & MAOS point maintain 1500 ft proced to VOR then descend 1000 ft join RIGHT DOWN WIND runway 13 or as instructed by ATC..
