ELESIA New Concept Electronic System Packaging (ESP)

• ESP (Electronic System Packaging) may include a computer, a mass storage memory, an LCD display, an operator console, a 19” rack, a military shelter, etc. Also a vehicle for special operations, an electronic system on board of an aircraft or a ship, all of these products have a structure and/or a beamed frame, which holds them together and makes them immediately recognizable. The ESP is mainly made with composite materials such as carbon fiber. Such materials, not usually found in nature, are a combination of at least two different materials, chemically different, with a separation interface. Most modern composite materials combine a thermosetting resin matrix with fibers (carbon, glass, aramid, etc.) reinforced by other materials, such as metal foam and/or aluminum honeycomb. The combination thus obtained has excellent chemical and physical properties not found in the individual materials that make it up.

The ESP - currently developed by Elesia - uses special sandwich configurations with composite materials that are the result of significant investments in R&D.

ESP made from Elesia, has unique design and competitive cost, is lightweight, robust and modular, it is not subject to corrosion or rust and requires no maintenance for life, even if placed in particularly severe environment

Elesia Carbon Fiber Console type 1 NAVAL MULTIFUNCTIONAL CONSOLE MOD. EASP-MFC01-CRA a certified MIL-STD-901D operator console for CMS (Combat Management System)

• The NAVAL MFC series is born to reflect the idea to base everything on components capability and solutions. Ergonomics and Engineering have been fused into this masterpiece of technology. Assembling has never been so easy.

• The latest generation console designed, planned and realized by Elesia, thanks to a pull of highly skilled architects and engineers, represents a real breakthrough in the development of military products such as console, cabinets, racks, etc.

• Such equipments are tailored to your specific application to ensure all system requirements are met with the most optimized packaging called ESP (Electronic System Packaging).

• Since the consoles is removable, modular, lightweight, already connectorized, transport can be minimized and pass through narrow passages now it’s possible without much effort or trouble.

• This means that installation in Operations Room is possible without any difficulty: deploying the console in its place has never been easier and fastest with the new Elesia concept of fully modular console

In fact Elesia can build its Composite equipments combining features to create a custom configuration, or make special modifications as required for a specific application.

Elesia Carbon Fiber Console type 2 DESIGNED TO MEET DO-160 FOR MILITARY AIRCRAFTS AND HELICOPTERS (C-27J, C-130, NH-90, etc.)

Military organizations often have the need to manage ad-hoc missions very quickly. In such cases there is often the need for different set-ups, specialized for the type of mission operations. This capability called Special Air Operations is accomplished using aircrafts.

The system allows type 2 Console, adaptively, the operational use of the same aircraft means for different types of mission.
