Puji dan syukur telah diberikan kepada penulis sehingga penulis dapat
menyelesaikan skripsi yang berjudul “Analisa Pengaruh Role Conflict, Role
Overload, dan Self Esteem Terhadap Job Performance ; Telaah Pada Karyawan
Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City” dengan baik dan tepat pada waktu yang
sudah ditentukan. Skripsi ini dibuat guna memperoleh gelar Sarjana Ekonomi
(S.E.) di Universitas Multimedia Nusantara.
Skripsi yang telah dibuat oleh peneliti ini juga tidak terlepas dari dari

ABSTRAK
Karyawan yang berkualitas dan mampu menjadi pribadi hotelier yang handal di
bidangnya akan menjadi nilai tambah untuk memanjakan setiap tamu dengan hasil
yang terbaik untuk setiap tamu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan membahas
tentang analisa pengaruh role conflict, role overload, dan self esteem terhadap job
performance pada karyawan Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City.
Pada penelitian ini, penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan terhadap 95 orang responden
yang merupakan seorang karyawan kontrak yang bekerja di Hotel Santika
Premiere ICE BSD City. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode
penelitian kuantitatif dan deskriptif.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa role conflict berpengaruh terhadap
variabel job performance, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t, yaitu sebesar -2.312
< tabel t 1.661. Sementara itu, role overload juga berpengaruh terhadap variabel
job performance, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t, yaitu sebesar -6.088 < tabel t
1.661 dan variabel self esteem berpengaruh terhadap variabel job performance,
hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t, yaitu sebesar 15.227 > tabel t 1.661.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa role conflict memiliki
pengaruh negatif terhadap job performance, role overload memiliki pengaruh
negatif terhadap job performance, dan self esteem memiliki pengaruh positif
terhadap job performance. Saran yang diberikan peneliti adalah sebaiknya
perusahaan membuat career path atau career planning untuk mengapresiasi
pekerjaannya.

ABSTRACT
Qualified employees and able to be a reliable hotel personality in their field will
be an added pleasure to pamper every guest with the best results for every guest.
Therefore, this research will discuss about the influence of role collision, role
overload, and self esteem on employee performance at Hotel Hotel Santika
Premiere ICE BSD City.
In this study, questionnaires were distributed to 95 respondents who were
employees at the Santika Premiere ICE BSD City Hotel. The research method
used is quantitative and descriptive study method.
The results of this study indicate a role conflict on job performance variables, this
can be seen from the results of t test, ie -2.312 <table t 1.661. Meanwhile, the role
of overload also affects the performance of variables, this can be seen from the
results of t test, which is equal to -6.088 <table t 1.661 and variable self esteem
performance of the variable on performance, this can be seen from the results of t
test, which is 15.227> table t 1.661.
The results of this study indicate that role conflict has a negative effect on work
performance, role overload has a negative effect on work performance, and self
esteem has a positive effect on work performance. The advice given by the
researchers is career planning or career planning to appreciate their work.
