InstructionsKey Instructions1. The excel file has two sheets for each Product. The First sheet has details of current years sales of all existing Distributors. You have to enter the expected sales for Feb & Mar15 to arrive at the FY expected Sales. Against this give the target for the Next Year for each Distributor.2. Please do not change the format or wrap text or Merge & centre, this will disturb the alignment and give incorrect totals. Kindly fill in details of Columns highlighted in yellow only.3. In Sheet 2 of a product you will have to give the month wise spilt of the Annual Target of each Distributor. There are some checks in this sheet. Each months target should not be less than 7% of Annual Target. Also, quarterly target limits in %age have been fixed. This is in order to ensure a fair split across months. Target should be minimum Q1 21%; Q2 23%; Q3 25%; Q4 26% 4. In Sheet 1 & 2 of each Product, in the top rows, you will see names of existing Distributors with all details. In the rows at the bottom, we have kept them vacant so that you can fill in the details of New Distributors you are planning to appoint in Uncovered District HQ Towns and major towns. in Sheet1, you will give targets of new distributors plan to be appoited in Feb & Mar'15. These distributors as well as the other distributors you are planning to apppoint in Apr or May has to be mentioned and targets given to them.5. In case of any existing Distributor who has been appointed in the middle of this year, the targets should be worked out on basis of average monthly sales for the months that the Distributor worked and apportioned for the Full Year.6. In case of any existing Distributor doing less than Rs 3 lakhs average monthly sales, you are supposed to tag such a Distributor to a nearby Distributor. In such a case the Target given to the latter should be on the Total of both. For eg, If Party A is doing Rs 5 lakhs per month and party B is doing Rs 1.5 lakhs per month and you have decided to tag party B to party A as you feel the party B does not have the capacity to increase the sales to Rs 3 lakhs per month, then party As target should be Rs 5 + Rs 1.5 lakhs = Rs 6.5 lakhs + 30% i.e. Rs 8.45 lakhs per month. This should be mentioned in the Remarks Column.7. If you want to change the mapping of any Distributor to any BDE/M, you may do so, please highlight such changes in green. At CSO we will make necessary changes.8. In case of a new territory/BDE HQ which is vacant at the moment, instead of the BDE/M name, please mention Vacant.9. Mr Atul Dixit will be shortly sending each one of you the State wise, district wise towns and population details. Please refer to that for mentioning required details in the format.10. The last column in sheet2 of each product is the difference between annual target and total of the monthly target. If the difference is negative numbers, it indicates total of all months is more than the annual target. If it is a positive numbers, it indicates the total of all months is less than the annual target. In both cases, you should make corrections to monthly figures. It should be ZERO.
