Skenario Kasus

Seorang laki-laki berusia 50 tahun datang ke poliklinik dengankeluhan gatal di kedua lipat paha. Gatal disertai bercak merah yangmelebar sejak 1 bulan yang lalu. Gatal dirasakan terutama saatpenderita berkeringat. Penderita juga memiliki penyakit DiabetesMellitus dan Gagal jantung. i!ayat terapi dari toko berupa krimoles. Gatal berkurang tetapi bercak semakin melebar. Pemeriksaandermatologi sesuai dengan gambar pasien.

Patient also had Diabetes Mellitus and heart %ailure.Patient got topical cream %rom drug store. $tchy !as decrease butthe red patch became !ider. Dermatology e&amination is sho!ed inpicture.
