PART 2: POSITION SUMMARY
Defining and optimizing all process that support to operation in term of plant reliability, quality, and plant optimization. Learning all production aspects, including standardization and production methods, increasing plant reliability, and optimization.

PART 4: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and maximize process uptime, reliability, and capacity utilization.
Initiate and organize factory experiments regarding new or improved products and/or
processes.
Acts as Technical Steward for the process. Ensures the adherence of necessary
industry best practices. Ensures that technical “know-how” is communicated throughout the
organization.
Acts as a trouble-shooting resource for the operations supervision. Offers
technical ability and methodologies for problem solving.
Oversees incident investigations and release/maintenance emission calculations
as required. Remains current on environmental permits and regulations.
Responsible for process improvements. Work with engineering leadership to plan
process improvements based on analysis of current procedures effectiveness, user feedback,
and other measurements. Evaluates and recommends process improvements.
Responsible for process deployment; including quality checks, reviews, testing,
training, and managing feedback.
Monitors variable efficiencies and fixed utility usages. Drives projects to improve
the efficiencies.
Use and maintain ISO 9000/14000 systems and Management of Change.
Support plant quality systems. Lead quality and operations improvement teams.
Lead root cause investigations.
Scope, implement, and manage small to medium capital projects. Execute these
from engineering through start-up and full operation. Participate on cross-functional teams
for large scale capital projects as required.
Contribute to the overall HSE Assurance plan and implementation of HSE
systems by implementing HSE program and initiatives
Participate to develop a working environment where all the Production staffs are

PART 8: QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The job requires the following formal qualifications or equivalent experience.
Minimum S1 on Chemical Engineering
8-10 years experience on chemical manufacturing, with min 5 years as Production Engineer
Gas and petrochemical background are preferable
Full knowledge on working in safe and secure condition, understanding on DCS operational.
Full knowledge on engineering matter and mathematics.
Understand standard and code, including ISO-9000 and ISO-14000
General knowledge on computer operation.
Strong physical ability to have sits, walks, and talks activity.
Consistency on result of experiment and analysis.
Well developed interpersonal skills, the desire to function within a team and the capacity to
take charge of a situation when required.
Good command in English, write and speak
