Abstrak
Kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan orang-orang menjadi lebih konsumtif dalam
penggunaan media sosial sehingga dapat memicu konflik dimedia sosial. Penelitian
ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Hubungan Konflik di Media Sosial dengan
Kinerja Perawat dalam Melaksanakan Asuhan Keperawatan. Desain peneltian ini
menggunakan deskriptif analitik melalui pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah
responden sebanyak 41 perawat. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner mengenai
karakteristik perawat, konflik di media sosial dan kinerja perawat. Hasil uji chi
square didapatkan nilai ρ value = 0.034 dimana ρ < 0.05 dan nilai OR = 5,625 dapat
disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konflik di media sosial
dengan kinerja perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit
Umum Zahirah Jakarta. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan konflik
di media sosial yang terjadi di dunia keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat dalam
melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan, sehingga perawat harus lebih profesional dalam
menyikapi masalah yang ada dalam dunia keperawatan terutama di media sosial.
Peneliti mengharapkan pihak rumah sakit lebih meningkatkan manajemen konflik
yang ada.

Abstract
Technological advances cause people to become more consumptive in the use of
social media so as to trigger social media conflicts. This study aims to determine
the existence of Conflict Relationships in Social Media with Performance Nurses
in Implementing Nursing Care. This research design using descriptive analytic
through cross sectional approach with 41 respondent nurses. The research
instruments were questionnaires about nurse characteristics, social media conflict
and nurse performance. The result of chi square test is got value ρ value = 0.034
where ρ <0.05 and OR value = 5,625 can be concluded that there is significant
correlation between conflict in social media with nurse performance in
implementing nursing care at Zahirah General Hospital Jakarta. This study shows
that there is a conflict relationship in social media that occurs in the world of nursing
with the performance of nurses in implementing nursing care, so that nurses should
be more professional in addressing the problems that exist in the world of nursing,
especially in social media. Researchers expect the hospital to further improve the
existing conflict management.
