ABSTRAK

Produktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor mendasar yangmempengaruhi performansi industri konstruksi. Persainganyang sangat ketat di industri konstruksi menyebabkanproduktivitas merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi setiapperusahaan konstruksi, yang akan mempengaruhi kemampuanbersaing mereka.

Masalah belum dimilikinya suatu standar produktivitaskonstruksi balk di tingkatan proyek maupun di tingkatanpekerjaan yang Iebih rendah, sangat dirasakan oleh industrijasa konstruksi di Indonesia. Sementara pada proyek terdapatinformasi berharga yang pada umumnya belum dimanfaatkansecara maksimal.

Penelitian ini berusaha menggali dan memanfaatkan data yangdiperoleh dari sistem administrasi yang umum ada pada setiapproyek, yaitu Laporan Kemajuan Pekerjaan Mingguan. LaporanKemajuan Pekerjaan ini merupakan sumber penting untukmembangun suatu model pengukuran dan benchmarkingproduktivitas konstruksi gedung. Model produktivitas yangdiusulkan ini mengambil studi kasus pada ITB DevelopmentProject (OECF-Loan) untuk kategori bangunan institutionalbuilding.

Kata-kata Kunci : produktivitas konstruksi, benchmarking, laporankemajuan pekerjaan proyek.

A B S T R A C T

Productivity is one of many basic factors that influence theperformance of construction industry. The productivity factor isa very important substance for the construction firm todetermine their ability to compete in very tight constructionindustry competition.

Problem suffered by the Indonesian construction industry is itslack of productivity standard at either project or lower tasklevels. Fortunately, there is valuable information resourceavailable that are currently not fully utilized.

This research attempts to farther comprehend and utilize datacompiled from general administration system, which iscurrently available in every project, generally known as theweekly progress report. This type of report can be important forbuilding productivity measurement model, as well as forbenchmarking of the building construction productivity.Productivity measurement model proposed in this research wasbased on case study at ITB Development Project (OECF-Loan)for institutional building type.
