The Zehntner-Retroreflectometer ZRM 6006 measures the night visibility (RL) of road markings as seen by a vehicle driver driving with dipped headlight. The illumination simulates the dipped headlights of a vehicle. The day visibility (Qd) of road markings under typical daylight or under street lighting is measured with diffused illumi-nation. This makes an objective determination of retroreflection.

• For road authorities, road laboratories, manufacturers of road marking materials, contractors and expert witnesses

• Determination of night (RL) and day visibility (Qd) of road markings in dry or wet condition as well as ambient tempera-ture and relative humidity, at any time of day or night, on the road or in the laboratory
