Puji syukur atas kehadirat Allah SWT yang telah memberikan rahmat dan
karunia-Nya kepada kita semua dan khususnya saya selaku penulis, sehingga dapat
menyelesaikan laporan hasil Penelitian ini dengan tepat waktu. Laporan Penelitian
ini penulis ajukan sebagai pelengkap dan syarat memenuhi mata kuliah Studio
Konsep Perancangan Arsitektur dan Tugas Akhir. Penulis menyadari bahwa proses
penulisan ini tidak dapat dilaksanakan bila Allah SWT tidak berkenan membimbing
melalui kebaikan hati yang berupa bantuan dan jasa dari berbagai pihak. Maka pada

ABSTRAK
Revitalisasi adalah sebuah upaya untuk menata kembali kawasan atau bagian dari kota
yang memiliki potensi dan nilai strategis. Revitalisasi dapat dilakukan di beberapa
kawasan atau bangunan yang memenuhi syarat, salah satunya adalah kawasan yang
mampu memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Salah satu objek wisata yang mampu
menghasilkan nilai ekonomi tinggi dan perlu direvitalisasi adalah Objek Wisata Pantai
Teluk Penyu di Kabupaten Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. Upaya revitalisasi ini dilakukan
untuk memperbaiki kondisi kawasan dan mendukung program pemerintah yang ingin
menjadikan Kabupaten Cilacap sebagai Pusat Kegiatan Nasional dan Konta industri
dengan wacana “Cilacap to be Singapore of Java “.
Perencanaan dan perancangan revitalisasi kawasan Objek Wisata Pantai Teluk Penyu
ini juga berusaha menjadikan kawasan ini sebagai ikon Kabupaten Cilacap. Proses
revitalisasi ini akan mengubah dan menambah beberapa objek yaitu bangunan area
kuliner, pasar ikan, pasar souvenir, Ruang Terbuka Hijau Tepi Pantai dan bangunan
pelayanan. Perencanaan dan Perancangan ini berusaha meningkatkan kondisi dan nilai
kawasan dengan tidak mengubah tatanan massa dan letak bangunan hal yang diubah
bentuk bangunan, struktur bangunan dan area hijau dalam setiap zona, dan
penambahan fasilitas wisata.

ABSTRACT
Revitalization is an effort to restructure the area or part of the city that has strategic
potential and value. Revitalization can be done in several areas or buildings that
meet the requirements, one of which is an area that is able to have high economic
value. One tourist attraction that is able to produce high economic value and needs
to be revitalized is the Teluk Penyu Beach Tourism Object in Cilacap Regency,
Central Java. This revitalization effort is carried out to improve the condition of
the region and support government programs that want to make Cilacap Regency
a National Activity Center and an Industrial Conta with the discourse "Cilacap to
be Singapore of Java". Planning and designing the revitalization of the Teluk Penyu
Beach Tourism Object area is also trying to make this area an icon of Cilacap
Regency. This revitalization process will change and add several objects, namely
the culinary area building, fish market, souvenir market, beachfront green open
spaces and service buildings. This Planning and Design seeks to improve the
condition and value of the area by not changing the order of the mass and the
location of buildings which are modified by the form of buildings, building
structures and green areas in each zone, and the addition of tourism facilities.
