Pertama, Anda harus tahu bahwa W7 tidak akan memiliki perubahan drastis dari segi arsitektur perangkat lunak seperti Vista dari XP — Microsoft sendiri sudah berjanji bahwa pengguna yang melakukan upgrade dari Vista tidak akan menemui masalah kompatibilitas. Karena W7 tidak banyak berubah di belakang layar, Microsoft dapat memfokuskan pengembangan pada pengalaman pemakaian OS itu sendiri dan bukan pada berbagai aspek teknis lain seperti keamanan dan stabilitas. Sebagian besar perubahan yang dikemas W7 berusaha untuk meningkatkan kemudahan dan kenyamanan pengguna, dan di bawah ini adalah beberapa dari fitur-fitur baru W7 yang sudah terlihat di demonstrasi PDC Microsoft.

2. TaskbarMendapat perubahan terbesar sejak pertama kali debut di Windows 95. Windows 7 sudah tidak akan lagi menampilkan ikon aplikasi kecil lengkap dengan nama aplikasi melainkan hanya ikon berukuran besar mirip dengan Mac OS X. Daftar jendela yang ditampilkan saat menempatkan tetikus di atas ikon aplikasi juga diganti dengan user interface (UI) "ribbon" yang menampilkan thumbnail jendela yang terbuka secara menyamping. Alat-alat lain yang terhubung ke komputer seperti kamera juga akan muncul di taskbar bersama jendela aplikasi. Secara keseluruhan fitur ini membuat Windows 7 tampil menarik. 3. System TraySecara resmi dinamakan sebagai "Notification Area," Microsoft akhirnya memungkinkan pengguna alat-alat untuk menata area desktop yang sering berantakan ini. Pengguna dapat memiliki ikon apa saja yang ditampilkan di System Tray, mengubah posisi ikon dan apakah mereka diperbolehkan menarik perhatian pengguna dengan notifikasi.

4. User Account Control (UAC) yang Lebih BaikUAC merupakan salah satu fitur yang paling dibenci pengguna Windows Vista. Kini selain pilihan "On" dan "Off," pengguna dapat memilih agar UAC hanya muncul saat instalasi aplikasi atau saat sebuah aplikasi mengubah konfigurasi Windows saja. Belum diketahui apakah perubahan ini cukup untuk menjadikan UAC dari musuh menjadi teman, tetapi perubahan ini setidaknya akan menjadikan UAC Windows lebih ramah. 5. KinerjaMicrosoft mengatakan bahwa mereka banyak melakukan perubahan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan stabilitas Windows 7 seperti mengurangi waktu boot dengan mengaktifkan beberapa aplikasi secara parallel, metode manajemen memori baru dan banyak lagi.

Saat ini masih terlalu dini untuk membicarakan kinerja, kita harus menunggu datangnya versi yang sudah hampir rampung untuk mendapatkan benchmark yang berarti, tetapi menurut Technologizer, Windows 7 terasa sangat cepat dioperasikan di laptop Dell yang dipinjamkan Microsoft — dan bersih dari bloatware.

6. LibrariesApabila Anda sudah mengenal konsep library untuk lagu seperti yang dimiliki iTunes, konsep library di Windows 7 juga tidak akan asing bagi Anda. Fitur ini mengumpulkan semua file dalam PC Anda berdasarkan tipe ke dalam library masing-masing untuk memudahkan manajemen media. Sebagai contoh, semua foto dari semua PC dan jaringan akan dikumpulkan di sebuah library foto yang dapat diakses di satu tempat seperti gambar di bawah ini. 7. HomeGroupsWindows 7 memperkenalkan fitur jaringan baru bernama HomeGroups yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan beberapa komputer satu jaringan untuk saling berbagi file dan peripheral — seolah-olah semua itu terletak pada satu PC yang sama. Walaupun fitur-fitur Windows Networking sejak dulu selalu bertujuan sama, pada kenyataannya konfigurasi untuk menggunakan printer jaringan masih tetap terlalu sulit untuk sebagian besar pengguna.

8. "Peeking" (Mengintip)Fitur peeking pada Windows 7 memudahkan pengguna untuk dengan cepat membaca konten dalam satu jendela tanpa perlu berinteraksi dengan jendela tersebut. Menempatkan ‘mouse’ di atas thumbnail jendela di Task Bar akan mengubah semua jendela yang terbuka menjadi transparan kecuali jendela yang dipilih. Selain dapat "mengintip" jendela aplikasi tertentu pengguna juga dapat mengintip desktop Windows. 9. Sidebar Tidak Lagi DigunakanJika dibandingkan dengan widget Mac OS X yang dapat ditempatkan di desktop, perbedaan paling mencolok dari gadget Microsoft adalah peletakannya pada sidebar di sebelah kanan layar. Di W7, sidebar tersebut dihilangkan karena dianggap terlalu banyak menggunakan tempat yang ada dan gadget kini dapat diletakkan langsung di desktop. Walaupun hal ini juga sebenarnya dapat dilakukan di Vista.

10. Kompatibilitas iTunesWMP kini mendukung dua format media favorit Apple: AAC untuk audio dan H.264 untuk video. WMP ini juga dapat menemukan library iTunes yang ada pada jaringan dan memutar isinya. Fairplay DRM Apple tidak didukung, tetapi entah kenapa memutar sebuah video

podcast yang beresolusi lumayan terlihat buruk di WMP. 11. Streaming MultimediaW7 menambahkan fitur pengiriman file media dari PC ke berbagai alat yang mendukung streaming seperti sistem musik Sonos melalui jaringan. Microsoft mengatakan bahwa W7 akan mengubah file ke dalam format sehingga dapat diputar oleh pemutar media Anda. Hal ini juga berarti Microsoft sudah selangkah lagi mendekati cita-cita Bill Gates menjadikan Windows pusat media di rumah. Versi Media Center dari Windows 7 juga mendapatkan upgrade besar.

12. Pengaturan Jendela OtomatisGeser jendela mendekat tepi kanan atau kiri maka jendela tersebut akan langsung berubah ukuran menjadi setengah layar. Hal ini ditujukan untuk memudahkan Anda menyusun dua jendela secara berdampingan (seperti browser atau dokumen Word) agar Anda dapat dengan mudah bekerja pada kedua jendela sekaligus.

13. Mencari Semua Tempat SekaligusFitur W7 bernama "Search Federation" memungkinkan Anda untuk mengikutkan berbagai komputer, media penyimpanan jaringan dan situs ke dalam pencarian Windows 7. 14. Windows LiveSecara resmi Microsoft memiliki mengemas sedikit sekali aplikasi pada W7, tidak seperti Vista. Aplikasi Photo Gallery, Movie Maker dan email telah dijadikan unduhan gratis yang disebut Windows Live Esentials, walaupun Microsoft tetap berharap berbagai vendor PC tetap akan mengemas Windows Live Essentials ke dalam komputer yang mereka jual.

15. Paint BaruWindows Paint yang sudah banyak terlupakan mendapatkan upgrade besar, kini tampil dengan UI ribbon dari Office 2007 yang sekarang telah menjadi standar di berbagai aplikasi Microsoft. Walaupun masih banyak yang menganggap Paint.net sebagai alternatif pengganti Paint yang lebih baik. 16. Fitur Layar SentuhWindows 7 adalah versi Windows pertama yang mendukung multi-touch yang memungkinkan Anda mengendalikan OS ini dengan kedua tangan. Build personal relationshipsTo keep yourself sane and away from using paper clips as dangerous projectiles, try to make the actual office experience as enjoyable as possible. The work itself might be unbearable, but as long as you enjoy the company of coworkers, it won’t be too hard to handle the daily grind. Imagine if you worked at a job with all your closest friends. Even if the work sucked, you probably wouldn’t mind. First, get on the good side of those in management who you still like (provided they still like you). It doesn’t hurt to have friends in high places or to do some schmoozing. Learn from their rise to the top of the food chain. They probably did the same thing to get ahead. Also be aware of those individuals just starting out in the company. Be a teacher. Take newer employees under your wing and show them the ropes. Building relationships with coworkers is also a clever networking move. They know people at other companies. They have connections that can soon be your connections. It could lead to a better job within the company or possibly something with another company. Think of befriending coworkers as making nice with fellow inmates (except without the sexual favors for survival). They are serving the same sentence. Making friends and allies will help make the time served tolerable.

Get involvedRemember the first couple weeks of high school or college when you only knew a few people and weren’t really having the best time. What did you do? Chances are you got involved in activities around campus -- you joined an intramural sports team, the school newspaper or the new student orientation committee. You met a ton of new people and life on campus got more enjoyable. It’s the same concept on the job. Find projects you are interested in working on. For the sake of experience, get involved so that you can build your resume to get the next job. At the very least, this could alleviate some boredom, especially if part of why you hate your job is that you feel uninspired. Getting your hands into different projects could get you a transfer to a different department or even a different location. If there isn’t anything cooking that you’d want to spend time on, start an internal project. Take the pulse of the office and find out what bothers them about the work environment and do something to improve the situation. Take matters into your own hands. For example, if workers complain about the crap coffee or the lack of spaces to eat lunch, come up with options to take to management. Suggest simple changes that can be made to benefit everyone involved. Inform your superiors of these simple morale-boosters. Your coworkers will applaud you, which always feels good. Also, think about some of the problems that always pop up around the office and become the go-to person to get the problem resolved. If the copier always breaks, learn how to service it before they have to call the repair guy. If the IT guys are flaky, learn all about the company operating systems and become a pro at working around their issues. Make yourself indispensable and people will start to treat you differently around the office.

Learn about the job you really wantYou’ve determined it’s not the company you hate, but your actual job. You assumed crunching numbers or making cold calls for the rest of your life was the way to happiness, but evidently you were mistaken. Think about the job you will eventually leave this company for, and learn everything you can about that position. Think of it as a paid internship. If you are interested in human resources (to help out people who are also miserable at work) for the next gig, ask questions of the HR department at your job. It’s also a good chance to explore different career options within the same company. Attempt to make a career change. If a position opens up that you feel could be interesting to pursue, make it known that you want to apply. If you get the position and end up hating it, how is that different from your current situation? At least you won’t make the mistake of taking the job and hating it at another company. Another option is to take classes on the company dime and on company time. Many companies will offer to finance professional development for employees, making it possible for them to take courses that will benefit them on the job. Take full advantages of these offers of free money and a chance at improving your set of skills. Chances are the company won’t come right out and let you know things like this are available, so do some internal research.

EscapeYou are at the end of your rope and the rope is hanging from the terrible fluorescent lighting fixture above your desk. You want out any way possible. Well, your contract states you must physically be at work. No one said your mind has to be on the job. (Yes, take it off the hot new intern for just a few moments.) Find little ways to escape during the day. You can meditate (keep your eyes open though), or bring a notebook to jot down notes, ideas or stories. Hell, you can even read a book if your cell phone has internet access. If your office permits earphones, use the time to listen to audio that can expand your mind; learn a language, bulk up your vocabulary, or just listen to an audio book. Make sure to get out of the office whenever possible. Take a walk outside to clear your head. Go grab a cup of coffee. Do anything to physically get out of the office as much as possible to keep your sanity. Always take full advantage of your lunch break.

Pernah mendengar sebuah penganan khas Bandung bernama Bandros? Semacam kue Pukis yang asin dengan adonan tepung beras dan parutan kelapa? Ada juga yang menyebutnya kue Pancong. Ini sebenarnya adalah salah satu penganan favorit saya ketika kecil. Dulu, hampir setiap pagi sambil menunggu mobil jemputan sekolah tiba, saya ditemani oleh kue yang satu ini. Rasanya yang gurih plus “kres-kres” khas dari parutan kelapanya, hmmm... membuat kue yang satu ini begitu sedap untuk disantap. Sebagai seorang penggemar Bandros, tentu setiap sudut kota kerap saya jelajahi demi kue kecil ini. Nah, pernahkah Anda menyusuri Jalan Cisangkuy? Ternyata di jalan yang terkenal dengan Yoghurtnya ini ada jajanan tradisional khas masyarakat Sunda. Dari kesemua hasil penelusuran Bandros, rasa-rasanya penjaja Bandros yang berada di Cisangkuy adalah yang paling top, baik dari segi rasa maupun dari segi inovasi. Mang Ade yang kerap disapa dengan panggilan Mang Ade Koboy, demikian nama sang penjaja Bandros yang terkenal dengan sebutan Bandros Cisangkuy ini.Berbekal sebuah gerobak, Mang Ade dan Bandros Cisangkuy selalu ramai diserbu pengunjung setiap harinya. Meski masih menggunakan roda kecil, Bandros di Jalan Cisangkuy ini rutin berjualan di luar pagar Yoghurt Cisangkuy dari pukul sebelas siang sampai maghrib tiba.Jika pada umumnya Bandros hanya berasa gurih-gurih asin, maka tidak halnya dengan Bandros Cisangkuy. Bandros Cisangkuy karya Mang Ade mencoba mengkolaborasikan Bandros buatannya dengan coklat, keju, susu, dan bahan-bahan lainnya. Hasilnya? Sebuah citarasa Bandros yang tiada tandingan!

Tengok saja pendapat Widya Puspasari, seorang pembeli yang sore itu menyengajakan diri mampir ke Cisangkuy untuk membeli Bandros. Warga asli Bogor ini mengaku bahwa setiap ke Bandung, Bandros Cisangkuy adalah makanan yang tak pernah terlewat pada tiap wisata kulinernya. “Rasanya berbeda dengan Bandros-Bandros lainnya. Bandros Cisangkuy gurih dan pilihan rasanya tidak biasa. Pokoknya selalu bikin kangen!” ungkapnya dengan penuh semangat sambil menanti Bandros pesanannya jadi. Widya menambahkan pula, meski dijual ala kaki lima, Bandros Cisangkuy tak berkesan jorok alias cukup memerhatikan nilai higienitasnya. “Ya, lumayan. Sambil menyelam minum air, sambil menikmati Yoghurt, sambil menyantap Bandros,” tambah dara berlesung pipit ini kemudian setengah berkelakar.Lain Widya lain pula dengan Sapto Dianto. Lelaki asli Yogyakarta yang telah lima tahun tinggal di Bandung ini mengaku bahwa ia pada awalnya hanya sekadar coba-coba karena mendengar para koleganya di kantor kerap membicarakan mengenai Bandros Cisangkuy. Mulanya ia tak begitu percaya, namun, setelah mencoba, ia justru menjadi salah satu pelanggan tetap Bandros Cisangkuy. Kini, dalam sebulan ia bisa membeli Bandros Cisangkuy sampai tiga atau empat kali.Mang Ade sendiri mengaku bahwa memang kebanyakan para pembeli menikmati Bandros sambil menyeruput Yoghurt. “Entah karena saya berjualan di dekat tempat Yoghurt atau memang Bandros cocok saja disantap bersama Yoghurt. Tapi yang pasti, banyak yang bilang Bandros saya memang beda dan enak,” kali ini Mang Ade angkat bicara mencoba memaparkan apa yang membuat

Bandros buatannya begitu digemari.Di sini, ada dua jenis Bandros yang dijual, yakni Bandros original yang memang aslinya berbahan baku tepung terigu dan kelapa serta bandros non original berbahan tepung terigu, telur dan mentega. Satu porsi bandros sisir original Rp 3.500,-. Sedangkan jika ditambahkan keju dan susu harganya menjadi Rp 10.000,-. Bahkan, rasa-rasa tersebut, selain dijual terpisah, bisa pula dicampur sehingga memberikan rasa sensasi kuliner ala Bandros yang begitu menakjubkan. Cisangkuy memang begitu memanjakan kita dengan berbagai penganan-penganan nan lezat. Tapi, jika berkunjung ke Cisangkuy, rasa-rasanya kurang lengkap jika belum mencicipi Bandros Cisangkuy yang super hangat nan gurih. Jadi, tak ada salahnya mencoba. Selamat mencicipi!

Semenjak diresmikannya tol Cipularang beberapa tahun yang lalu, akses untuk memasuki Bandung terasa semakin mudah. Hanya dalam waktu kurang dari tiga jam, warga yang berada di sekitaran Jabodetabek dapat memasuki ibukota Jawa Barat tersebut. Bandung pun berbenah. Ia kini dikenal dengan istilah wisata belanja. Di samping itu, nama surga kuliner pun melekat menjadi salah satu ciri yang dimilikinya.

Nama jalan Pasteur kemudian menjadi nama yang sering disebut karena ia adalah salah satu gerbang masuk Bandung yang selalu ramai dengan antrian kendaraan beroda empat ketika hari libur tiba. Pasteur kini menjadi tempat yang, tak bisa

tidak, harus dikatakan pula sebagai salah satu pusat kuliner Bandung. Cara MemasakPanaskan minyak, masukkan potongan daging, tahu, jamur, cabe merahhh, bawang putih, bawang daun, bawang bombay, jahe dan kuah kaldu ke dalam wajan. Tambahkan bumbu saos tiram, kecap ikan, angciu, garam, dan merica. Setelah matang, masukkan daun selada ke dalam masakan.Keterangan :

Porsi adalah untuk 4-5 orang•Sdm = sendok makan, Sdt = sendok teh. Sendok teh lebih kecil dari sendok makan.•

Macaroni panggang khas kota Bandung

Cara pembuatan:Panaskan margarine, kemudian sisihkan. Rebus macaroni hingga matang, sisihkan. Parut keju, campur dengan susu dan irisan sosis 1. sapi sesuai selera. Didihkan susu sapi sambil dibubuhi penyedap rasa , merica dan garam.Kocok lepas telur dan campurkan dengan susu perlahan-lahan, lalu campurkan margarine. Siapkan Loyang, olesi dengan 2. margarine, dilanjutkan dengan memasukkan macaroni, sosis serta campuran susu.Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 2000 C selama 20 menit. Begitu selesai, keluarkan loyang, taburi dengan sisa keju. Masukkan 3. kembali loyang ke dalam oven, panggang hingga keju berubah warna. Sajikan hangat-hangat.

What is H1N1 (swine flu)?H1N1 (referred to as “swine flu” early on) is a new influenza virus causing illness in people. This new virus was first detected in people in April 2009 in the United States. Other countries, including Mexico and Canada, have reported people sick with this new virus. This virus is spreading from person-to-person, probably in much the same way that regular seasonal influenza viruses spread.

Why is this new H1N1 virus sometimes called “swine flu”?This virus was originally referred to as “swine flu” because laboratory testing showed that many of the genes in this new virus were very similar to influenza viruses that normally occur in pigs in North America. But further study has shown that this new virus is very different from what normally circulates in North American pigs. It has two genes from flu viruses that normally circulate in pigs in Europe and Asia and avian genes and human genes. Scientists call this a “quadruple reassortant” virus.

Do pigs carry this virus and can I catch this virus from a pig?At this time, there is no evidence that swine in the United States are infected with this new virus. However, there are flu viruses that commonly cause outbreaks of illness in pigs. Most of the time, these viruses do not infect people, but influenza viruses can spread back and forth between pigs and people.

Prevention & TreatmentWhat should I do to keep from getting the flu?First and most important: wash your hands. Try to stay in good general health. Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food. Try not to touch surfaces that may be contaminated with the flu virus. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Are there medicines to treat infection with this new virus?Yes. CDC recommends the use of oseltamivir or zanamivir for the treatment and/or prevention of infection with these new influenza A (H1N1) viruses. Antiviral drugs are prescription medicines (pills, liquid or an inhaler) that fight against the flu by keeping flu viruses from reproducing in your body. If you get sick, antiviral drugs can make your illness milder and make you feel better faster. They may also prevent serious flu complications. During the current outbreak, the priority use for influenza antiviral drugs during is to treat severe influenza illness.

How long can an infected person spread this virus to others?At the current time, CDC believes that this virus has the same properties in terms of spread as seasonal flu viruses. With seasonal flu, studies have shown that people may be contagious from one day before they develop symptoms to up to 7 days after they get sick. Children, especially younger children, might potentially be contagious for longer periods. CDC is studying the virus and its capabilities to try to learn more and will provide more information as it becomes available.

What surfaces are most likely to be sources of contamination?Germs can be spread when a person touches something that is contaminated with germs and then touches his or her eyes, nose, or mouth. Droplets from a cough or sneeze of an infected person move through the air. Germs can be spread when a person touches respiratory droplets from another person on a surface like a desk, for example, and then touches their own eyes, mouth or nose before washing their hands.

What can I do to protect myself from getting sick?There is no vaccine available right now to protect against this new H1N1 virus. There are everyday actions that can help prevent the spread of germs that cause respiratory illnesses like influenza. Take these everyday steps to protect your health:

Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or •sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it. Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you •cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this •way. Try to avoid close contact with sick people. •

Stay home if you are sick for 7 days after your symptoms begin •or until you have been symptom-free for 24 hours, whichever is longer. This is to keep from infecting others and spreading the virus further.

Other important actions that you can take are:Follow public health advice regarding school closures, avoiding •crowds and other social distancing measures.Be prepared in case you get sick and need to stay home for a •week or so; a supply of over-the-counter medicines, alcohol-based hand rubs, tissues and other related items might could be useful and help avoid the need to make trips out in public while you are sick and contagious.

What is the best way to keep from spreading the virus through coughing or sneezing?If you are sick, limit your contact with other people as much as possible. Do not go to work or school if ill for 7 days or until your symptoms go away (whichever is longer). Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing. It may prevent those around you from getting sick. Put your used tissue in the waste basket. Cover your cough or sneeze if you do not have a tissue. Then, clean your hands, and do so every time you cough or sneeze.

What is the best technique for washing my hands to avoid getting the flu?Washing your hands often will help protect you from germs. Wash with soap and water or clean with alcohol-based hand cleaner. We recommend that when you wash your hands -- with soap and warm water -- that you wash for 15 to 20 seconds. When soap and water are not available, alcohol-based disposable hand wipes or gel sanitizers may be used. You can find them in most supermarkets and drugstores. If using gel, rub your hands until the gel is dry. The gel doesn't need water to work; the alcohol in it kills the germs on your hands.

What should I do if I get sick?If you live in areas where cases have been identified and become ill with influenza-like symptoms, including fever, body aches, runny nose, sore throat, nausea, or vomiting or diarrhea, you may want to contact their health care provider, particularly if you are worried about your symptoms. Your health care provider will determine whether influenza testing or treatment is needed.

If you are sick, you should stay home and avoid contact with other people as much as possible to keep from spreading your illness to others.

If you become ill and experience any of the following warning signs, seek emergency medical care.

In children emergency warning signs that need urgent medical attention include:

Fast breathing or trouble breathing •Bluish or gray skin color •Not drinking enough fluids •Not waking up or not interacting •Being so irritable that the child does not want to be held •Flu-like symptoms improve but then return with fever and •worse cough Fever with a rash •

Selama ini kemandulan atau sterilitas dituding sebagai salah satu penyebab keretakan rumah tangga. Padahal jika ada pasangan yang kebetulan mengalaminya, dukungan dari kedua belah pihak, istri dan suami sangat diperlukan. Sebenarnya, apa sih kemandulan, dan bagaimana solusinya?

Penyebab Kemandulan Pada perempuan biasanya terjadi karena rahimnya telah diangkat, sehingga secara permanen ia tidak bisa hamil. Penyebabnya rahim diangkat bisa bermacam-macam, di antaranya karena kanker atau endometriosis akut. Atau perempuan yang indung telurnya tidak lagi bisa memproduksi sel telur sehingga tidak mendapatkan menstruasi, jadi tidak ada yang bisa dibuahi oleh pasangan.

Sedangkan kemandulan pada laki-laki jika laki-laki tersebut memiliki kualitas sperma yang di bawah standar sehingga sulit untuk membuahi sel telur. Atau laki-laki yang menderita infeksi kelamin atau varikokel. Penyakit varikokel banyak menyerang laki-laki yang duduk terlalu lama. Hal ini menyebabkan pembuluh vena membesar sehingga bisa menyebabkan pembuluh di scrotum (buah zakar) terganggu. Hal ini berpengaruh besar terhadap kekuatan semburan sperma yang diperlukan untuk proses pembuahan. Dikastrasi atau dikebiri juga merupakan penyebab kemandulan pada laki-laki.

Solusi Vonis mandul memang bisa membuat dunia runtuh. Tetapi saling menyalahkan dan menuduh tidak akan menyelesaikan masalah. Sebaiknya pasangan suami - istri bekerja sama untuk menemukan penyelesaian.Selain rahim yang diangkat dan dikastrasi, maka masalah yang menyebabkan kemandulan ini masih bisa diupayakan pengobatan dan terapinya.

Misalnya, pada perempuan jika diketahui bahwa masalah utama adalah tidak adanya sel telur, maka dapat dicari tahu penyebabnya. Salah satu penyebab indung telur tidak berproduksi adalah karena tumor di ovarium. Untuk itu harus segera dilakukan tindakan operasi. Sedangkan pada laki-laki bisa dilakukan dengan inseminasi buatan, yaitu sperma suami langsung disemprotkan ke dalam rongga rahim. Jadi dilakukan pembuahan buatan.Solusinya lainnya adalah dengan Gamet Intra Fallopian Tube (GIFT) atau bayi tabung. Hal tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan melihat kemungkinan dari kondisi alat reproduksi pihak perempuan. Namun bagaimanapun juga, cara ini memerlukan pertimbangan yang sangat matang dari kedua belah pihak.

Everybody wants to know the secret of success. Every sales person wants to know the right “formula” to instantly become a champion sales person. The book shops are full of books offering a wide range of tips and techniques to close every sale. Every writer claims that their techniques work and that hundreds (even thousands !) of sales people have become champion sales people because of those techniques. There are so many writers, so many books, so many techniques; some techniques work for some people, while other techniques do not seem to work at all for other people!

So which techniques work and which techniques don’t ? The truth is this : There is no one formula that works for everybody. Every sales person is different; personalities are different, styles are different, customers’ behaviours in different cities are different. That is why some techniques seem to work for some people while the same techniques do not seem to work at all for other sales people. So the problem is not with the books nor with the techniques. Those techniques really work… it’s just a questions of suitability and, like everything else, the right techniques for the right person.

So what is the solution ? The solution is to find out what works FOR you. How to do that ? Very simple. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes to find out, sometimes you need 2 days to find out. You need to find out and identify the PATTERN of your SUCCESS.

Here’s a step-by-step way how to find out the Pattern of your success.

Step 1 – Make A Master ListMake a list of all your customers. The longer you have worked as a sales person, the longer will be this list.

Step 2 – Identify the Top 10% (Who Are They?)From your Master List, identify the Top 10% of your customers based on the following :

Your Top 10% Biggest Customers (those who buy the most from •you – in terms of Rupiahs/dollars) Your Top 10% Most Frequent Customers (those who buy most •frequently from you)Your Top 10% Fastest Close (those customers/cases when you •were able to close the sale very quickly)Your Top 10% Customers Who Give You The Most Referrals•

Step 3 – Similar Characteristics (What Are They?)For each of the Top 10% categories above, analyse and find out the similiarity (benang merah) among those customers. For example, what do Your Top 10% Biggest Customers have in common amongst them ? Here are some aspects / characteristics that you could look out for.

Similar age group•Who knows, after analyzing your Top 10% customer, you realize that they all (or mostly) are in the 35-45 age group, etcSimilar gender type (men/women)•Who knows, after analyzing your Top 10% customer, you realize that they all (or mostly) are in the 35-45 age group, etcSimilar types of business•Who knows, after analyzing your Top 10% customer, you realize

If you analyse carefully and diligently, you WILL be able to find some similar characteristics about your Top 10% customers. Once you have discovered that, CONGRATULATIONS ! you have discovered the PATTERN of your success !

I strongly urge you to take your time and analyse until you discover the pattern of your success. Once you have discovered it, you will automatically sell faster, meet with less resistance, enjoy the selling process and make much more money !

Step 4 – Why Did They Become Your Top 10% Customers ? (Why Did They Buy From You or Like You So Much ?)After you have listed your Top 10% customers, and after you have discovered their similar characteristics, the next question you must ask yourself is “Why do I sell better to this group of customers than to other types of customers ?”. Why does this group of customers buy more/faster, etc from me than the other types of customers ?

Is it because of my company (reputation, international company, •local company, long years of business relationship, good relationship with the owner of your company…) ?Is it because of the product (the price matches, the quality of your •product, you are the only company that has this product….) ?Is it because of me (my skills, my knowledge, my presentation, my •personality, my enthusiasm….) ?

Finding this out is very important so that you know your ACTUAL selling point from the perspective of the customer. What makes them MORE attracted to buy from you ?

Step 5 – Where Can You Find More of Such Customers ? Once you have found out the answers for Steps 3 & 4, Step 5 should be very easy to do. Step 5 really depends on your answers in Steps 3 and 4. So if you do not have answers in Steps 3 and 4, you will not be able to do anything in Step 5. Also, if you get the answers to Step 3 and 4 wrong, you will automatically get the wrong answer in Step 5.

So take time, be patient when you are going through Steps 3 and 4. You must try your very best to get as accurate an answer as possible. Do not rush through Steps 3 and 4.

Step 6 – It’s Action Time !Once the answer to Step 5 is very clear, you can immediately take action to meet the right type of customer at the right place. In fact, I’ll guarantee you that once the answers to Steps 3, 4 and 5 have become clear, you will be VERY EXCITED to quickly take action because it so clear.

Another thing that I can guarantee you is that once you have the answers to Steps 3, 4 and 5, you will find that these are the customers that you actually ENJOY talking to them, selling to them, servicing them and doing business with them ! In fact, the truth is that you are getting so much business with your Top 10% customers because you enjoy interacting with them and they enjoy interacting with you ! So by doing business with this type of customers you are already doing what comes most natural to you.

Your work has been “difficult” because you have been selling 10% of the time to the right type of customers and 90% of the time to the WRONG type of customers ! That is why you seem to be “suffering” more than enjoying !

Always remember this wise saying from Roger Hamilton.

“If it feels like hard work, the you are already doing the wrong thing. Work must be fun !”

I am absolutely sure that if you have discovered the answers to Steps 3, 4 and 5, you will meet the right people, sell faster to them, they will buy more from you, you will make more money, and best of all, you will be REALLY ENJOYING yourself in the process of making so much money !!

Pasar Baru BandungPasar Baru Bandung, selain dikenal sebagai tempat belanja busana murah meriah, ternyata merupakan

salah satu surga bagi para pemburu oleh-oleh. Segala jenis oleh-oleh, terutama dari jenis keringan (keripik tempe, keripik oncom, keripik belut, segala jenis kerupuk dan lain sebagainya), bisa dijumpai di sini. Selain itu, tidak ketinggalan juga segala jenis dodol atau wajit. Pasar yang satu ini dibangun pada tahun 1896 untuk menampung pedagang yang membuka usahanya di sekitar Alun-alun (Jalan Otista). Hingga tahun 1926, pasar ini hanya terdiri dari bangunan semi permanen dan kumuh. Seiring dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan kawasan Stasiun di dekatnya, pada tahun 1926 didirikanlah sebuah bangunan pasar yang baru. Segera saja bangunan ini menjadi favorit warga kota untuk bersantap malam dan berbelanja. Tahun 1936, pasar ini dijuluki “Pasar Terbersih di Nusantara”. Pada dekade 70-an, pasar ini dirombak menjadi bangunan bertingkat. Sayangnya, lantai-lantai bagian atas (upper floors) tidak pernah terhuni penuh, para pedagang lebih suka membuka usahanya di luar bangunan. Akibatnya, pada akhir dekade 90-an, bangunan ini dikenal sebagai bangunan kumuh yang tidak terawat. Baru pada tahun 2004, bangunan ini kembali direnovasi menjadi sebuah pertokoan modern, dan tentu saja, dengan berbagai oleh-olehnya yang tak boleh dilewatkan begitu saja.Memasuki kawasan Pasar Baru memang sesak. Pedagang dan pembeli tumpah ruah bercampur menjadi satu. Puluhan kendaraan pun memadati jalan.
