Perdarahan uterus disfungsional : perdarahan abnormal uterus yang terjadi pada wanita usia reproduksi dan tidak disebabkan oleh kelainan anatomik PUD ovulatoir : perdarahan banyak yg diakibatkan karena withdrawal progesteron pada siklus haid antara 21 - 35 hari PUD anovulatoir : perdarahan terjadi karena tidak adanya progesteron yang siklik sehingga menimbulkan gejala amenore atau haid tak teratur
