Toko bangungan / material merupakan toko yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan barang-barang bangungan atau material dan transaksi yang dilakukan setiap harinya cukup besar, dalam kegiatannya sudah tentu membutuhkan keberadaan sistem informasi yang akurat dan cukup memadai untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan.
Masalah umum yang di hadapi oleh toko bangunan pada umumnya yaitu aktivitas penjualan dan pembelian yang masih manual, semua data barang masih melewati pencatatan kertas, dan bukti pembayaran masih bersifat tertulis.
Metode yang digunakan untuk membuat sistem informasi atau website rekomendasi cat addalah menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) melalui pendekatan prototype dan juga menggunakan algoritma FMADM dengan metode perhitungan SAW untuk mempermudah pembeli mencari rekomendasi barang.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi, sistem tersebut dapat digunakan oleh pembeli untuk melakukan pemilihan rekomendasi dan pembelian barang, lalu untuk pemilik toko bangunan, sistem dapat digunakan untuk mengontrol keluar masuknya data barang, memberikan data rekomendasi, serta melakukan hubungan transaksi jual beli melalui sistem.
Kata Kunci : Perancangan sistem, Algoritma FMADM, Prototype.

ALGORITHM

Building / material shops are stores that are engaged in the sale of building or material goods and the transactions that are carried out every day are quite large, in their activities it certainly requires the existence of an accurate and sufficient information system to improve services to customers.
Common problems faced by building stores in general are sales and purchase activities that are still manual, all data items are still passing paper records, and proof of payment is still written.
The method used to create an information system or website recommendation paint is using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method through a prototype approach and also uses the FMADM algorithm with the SAW calculation method to make it easier for buyers to find goods recommendations.
The results of this study are a computerized system, the system can be used by buyers to select recommendations and purchase of goods, then for building shop owners, the system can be used to control the entry and exit of goods data, provide recommendation data, and buy and sell transactions through the system.
