Pasien dating dengan keluhan Bab hitam sejak 9 jam sebelum masuk rumah sakit, pasien tiba-tibabab berwarna hitam, pasien sebelumnya makanmpek-mpek sebelum bab berwarna hitam, pasiensudah bab hitam 3 kali, tidak cair, tidak terasasakit,

dan ketika di bersihkan tidak ada darah berwarnamerah segar, pasien belum meminum obat untukmengurangi keluhannya, dan hal ini baru dirasakanpertama kali. Pasien juga mengeluhkan muntahberwarna hitam dan sudah 3 kali muntahberwarna hitam, pasien bercerita ia mengkonsumsiobat-obat anti nyeri untuk sakit pada sendinyasejak 2 tahun yang lalu tetapi tidak tiap di minum,pasien mengatakan nafsu makan menurun, selainitu pasien mengeluh sakit kepala, pusing. buangair kecil tidak ada keluhan, demam disangkal.

Pasien memiliki riwayat sirosis hepatis sejak 2tahun lalu, ! tipe "" sekitar 2 tahun yang lalu#tidak meminum obata teratur$, asam urat ,pengapuran sendi, darah tinggi di sangkal.
