Think Again



My name is Nick Vujicic and I was born without

limbs and doctors have no medical explanation

for this birth "defect". As you can imagine, I wasfaced with many challenges and obstacles.



My parents firstborn son had been bornwithout limbs! There were no warnings or

time to prepare themselves for it. Thedoctors we shocked and had no answersat all! There is still no medical reason whythis had happened.

Vujicic grew up in Brisbane,



Doctors do not know why Nick Vujicic wasborn without arms or legs, and only a small

foot on his left side.



As a child, Vujicic discovered waysto play despite not having legs.



He often used his chin to manipulate

objects such as this sand shovel.



Vujicic was one of the first physicallychallenged children allowed to attend schoolwith students who were not disabled.



Skateboarding was one of Vujicic's favoritethings to do as a child. He didn't allow hisdisability to limit him. He learned to play

cricket, swim and even play soccer.



I know that there is no such thing as luck, chance or

coincidence that these "bad" things happen in our life.

I had complete peace knowing that God won't let

anything happen to us in our life unless God has a

good purpose for it all .



I am now twenty-three years old and have completed a

Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Planning

and Accounting. I am also a motivational speaker andlove to go out and share my story and testimony

wherever opportunities become available. I have

developed talks to relate to and encourage students

through topics that challenge today's teenagers.



I have a passion for reaching out to youth and keep

myself available for whatever God wants me to do, andwherever He leads, I follow.

Writing several best-selling books has been one of my

dreams and I hope to finish writing my first by the end

of the year.



It will be called "No Arms, No Legs, No Worries!"



I believe that if you have the desire and passion

to do something, and if it's God's will, you willachieve it in good time. As humans, wecontinually put limits on ourselves for no reasonat all! What's worse is putting limits on God who

can do all things. We put God in a "box".



The Power of God, is that if we want to dosomething for God, instead of focusing on ourcapability, concentrate on our availability for weknow that it is God through us and we can't doanything without God. Once we make ourselvesavailable for God's work, guess whose capabilitieswe rely on? God's!



Vujicic travels all over the world; hispreaching inspires the huge crowds thatgreet him. On his Web site, Life WithoutLimbs, Vujicic writes, "God has used me to letpeople know in countless schools, churches,prisons, orphanages, hospitals, stadiums and

in face-to-face encounters with individualshow very precious they are to God. Secondly,it's my pleasure to assure them that Goddoes have a plan for their lives that is

purposeful."



Vujicic said he "used to think that Ineeded my circumstance to change

before I had any hope." Today, heencourages others to do the best withwhat they have.



The ONLY FEAR IN LIFE IS THAT I FORGET

HOW GOD HAS LED ME IN THE PAST!



And remember: WHEN YOU'RE BUSY JUDGING

PEOPLE, YOU HAVE NO TIME TO LOVE THEM.



A group of students were asked to list

what they thought were the present″Seven Wonders of the world”

The following received the most votes:

While gathering the votes, theteacher noted that one of the

student had not finished hepaper yet.

So she asked the girl if she washaving trouble with her list. Thegirl replied, ″yes, a little. Icouldn‘t quite make up my

mind because there were somany.“



The teacher said, ″well, tell uswhat you have, and maybe wecan help.″

The girl hesitated, the read, ″Ithink the ‘Seven Wonders of the World‘ are:

3. To Touch



4. To Taste



5. To Feel



6. To Laugh



7. To Love
