A. Objectives

1. To Stabilize the coastal line and protect against flooding through reclamation and mitigate the waterfront for better environment and to safe the residents from natural disaster.

2. Reducing sedimentation and dumping garbages in the river & canal in order to eliminate the water pollutions and increase the capacity of canal water level and flow.

3. Increase coordination function of government with stakeholders engagement to sincronize and integrate city plan towards a better quality of life.
