Description :Pendidikan karakter untuk anak usia dini telah menjadi pokok pemikiran pemerintah dalam membangun generasi mudayang berkualitas di Indonesia. Pemerintah menyusun kurikulum pendidikan guna meningkatkan mutu intelektualitasserta pendidikan pembentukan karakter. Membentuk karakter anak yang disiplin, Polisi Sahabat Anak merupakanProgram Kepolisian Sat Lantas menggunakan panggung boneka Semeru. Media pendidikan ini dinilai sangat butuhuntuk dikembangkan, karena secara operasional pelaksanaan media panggung boneka sangat terbatas. Perancangan iniadalah menciptakan sebuah media pendidikan untuk anak dengan pendekatan permainan yang menyenangkan. Melaluiriset awal terpilihlah boardgame sebagai solusi permasalahan ini.Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah melakukan wawancara dan focus group sebagai data kualitatif, mengumpulkandata kuantitatif melalui kuisioner, mengujikan beberapa jenis permainan yang dapat mudah dimainkan serta cukupdiminati oleh anak. Metode perancangan melalui beberapa tahapan, mulai pentuan ide permainan, konsep permainan,penyusunan aturan main, sketsa desain, prototype boardgame yang diujikan, rough desain, comprehensive, sampaidengan final desain. Pendekatan materi pendidikan didasarkan pada kecerdasan visual spasial, linguistik, intrapersonal dan kinestetik anak.Boardgame berjudul ‘Rambootas’ ini memilih konsep ‘Bersukaria Keliling Kota’. Setelah final desain boardgameselesai dirancang, hasil posttest menunjukkan anak antusias dalam memainkan berbagai permainan seiring dengankemampuan anak untuk mengingat, mengenal, serta berinteraksi dengan pengetahuan rambu lalu lintas yang menjadi intimateri pada desain boardgame ini.
Description Alt:Nowadays, education is very worrying shift. The Government has made a curriculum that enhances the quality ofintellect but ruled out the formation of character education learners. In shaping discipline child behaviour, Polisi SahabatAnak is Satlantas police program for kindergarten children through Semeru puppet media. This media is considered lesseffective and do not develop the potential of children so it needs to be made a fun and effective learning media such asboard game. The goal is giving insight to the child to be able to build a orderly sense and realize the security, safety,order and smooth traffic. The used research methods are interviewing and doing focus groups as qualitative data,quantitative data gathering through questionnaire, testing out what kind of game that interests the child, designing boardgames, then make a board game prototype tested on children in kindergartens and last made the finals board game.Based on visual-spatial intelligence, linguistic, intrapersonal, and kinesthetic children, Rambootas board game hasRejoiced City Tour concept in accordance with the criteria of the target audience. The result suggests that children canlearn traffic with effective and fun. Children can understand the plot of the game quickly and easily and understand thematerial provided.
