0eriously% the most time consuming part for me is always picking out my fabrics and
cutting them% the rest goes together pretty easy% so let's go!

2rab your credit card or drier's license and mark with a pin how far you want yourcard to stick up from the slot) 0ew a line across the lining/card holder piece where
you marked with the pin) 0ew one line of stitching down the center of the cardholder)

ake your card again and mark with a pin where the edge of your card is (you canleae a little wiggle room% but it's nice to keep it pretty snug to hold your cards inplace) 0ew a line for the side of the card% repeat for other side) 6ow you should
hae two card holders! 0et aside)

opstitch a line straight across the $ipper with a ery small seam allowance beingcareful not to hit those metal parts! epeat for other end) rim the fabric tabs to thewidth of the $ipper) IMPORTANT The length of the zipper !ith the tabs onshould "easure about #$%& end to end$
7aste the card holders to one piece of lining and the diider pocket to the other pieceof lining% aligning the raw edges at the bottom)
Almost done!
Asse"bling the clutch:
,lace your gathered eterior piece 829 side up (whoops!% had it wrong in the pic%don't worry% just get out your seam ripper and start again) ,ut the $ipper teeth sidedown with the pull tab to the :;&) hen put the lining piece 3562 side up) ,inin place)

,ut your regular sewing foot back on and sew a line of topstitching on either side ofthe $ipper)
No! open 'our zipper about half!a'( don)t forget this 8 actually forgot to do thison all three clutches% don't worry% you can still wiggle the $ipper open if you carefullypull at it through the fabric)

0ew all around the edge using a 1/4# seam allowance% leaing a +=4# opening in thelining for turning) Make sure 'ou tr' to se! right ne*t to the zipper end tabs andnot actuall' throught the"(click here for a visual$ >lip corners) 8t also helps tosew with a slightly larger seam allowance when you go to sew around the lining
