ABSTRAK
Kota Pati merupakan salah satu kota di provinsi Jawa Tengah yang memiliki
beberapa rumah sakit yaitu rumah sakit milik swasta maupun rumah sakit milik
pemerintah salah satunya yaitu RS. Marga Husada. Rumah Sakit dalam
pelayanannya didukung oleh beberapa dokter, petugas atau perawat, ruang
penangan darurat, apotek, obat-obatan dan peralatan medis. Pengelolaan obat-
obatan dan alat kesehatan habis pakai pada rumah sakit tersebut masih terdapat
beberapa kendala. Diantara lain adalah kerepotan dalam menghitung persediaan
obat-obatan dan alat kesehatan habis pakai yang berefek pada supply maupun
kendala pembuatan laporan. Dengan adanya masalah seperti itu maka
diperlukannya sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola obat-obatan yang nantinya
dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan obat-obatan sampai proses pembuatan laporan
dan juga menyediakan informasi tentang riwayat konsumsi obat kepada pasien
sekaligus pengelolaan alat kesehatan habis pakai yang dipergunakan untuk pasien
seperti halnya perban, suntik, dll. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan
sistem adalah metode Waterfall sedangkan metode perancangan sistem
menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language).

ABSTRACT
Pati is one of the cities in the province of Central Java which has several
hospitals, namely private-owned hospitals and state-owned hospitals, one of them
is Marga Husada Hospital. Hospital supported by several doctors, officers or
nurses, emergency room, pharmacy, medicine and medical equipment. The
management of medicines and disposable medical tools at the hospital still has
several obstacles. Among others are the inconvenience in calculating the supply of
medicines that have an effect on the supply of medicines and the problem of
reporting. With such problems, it is necessary to have an information system that
can manage medical medicines that can assist in the management of medical
medicine until the process of preparing reports and also provide information about
the history of medicines consumption to patients as well as management of
disposable medical tools used for patients such as bandages , injection, etc. The
method used for system development is Waterfall method while system design
method using UML (Unified Modeling Language).

Dengan memanjatkan puji syukur kehadirat Allah SWT yang karena
karunia-Nya bisa melaksanakan penelitian dan menyelesaiakan laporan Skripsi
dengan judul “Aplikasi Pengelolaan Obat-Obatan dan Peralatan Medis pada RS.
Marga Husada Pati Berbasis Web Responsive”.
Tujuan dari penulisan laporan Skripsi merupakan salah satu syarat untuk
menyelesaikan program studi Sistem Informasi S-1 pada Fakultas Teknik
Universitas Muria Kudus.
