ABSTRAK
Pemeriksaan kadar albumin darah ada beberapa metode antara lain metode biuret,
metode elektroforesis protein, dan metode BCG. Pemeriksaan kadar albumin darah
metode BCG membutuhkan waktu inkubasi minimal 10 menit. Penundaan waktu
inkubasi yang tidak sesuai dengan prosedur dapat mempengaruhi hasil kadar albumin
darah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar albumin darah berdasar lama
waktu inkubasi.
Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian analitik. Sampel diambil secara random sebanyak 9
mahasiswa DIII Analis Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang, kemudian
sampel diperiksa dengan waktu inkubasi selama 10, 60, dan 120 menit.
Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan rata-rata hasil pemeriksaan kadar albumin darah
waktu inkubasi selama 10 menit adalah 4,31 g/dL, waktu inkubasi 60 menit adalah 4,83
g/dL, dan waktu inkubasi selama 120 menit adalah 4,84 g/dL. Hal ini menunjukkan hasil
pemeriksaan kadar albumin waktu inkubasi lebih lama terjadi adanya peningkatan, tapi
masih dalam batas toleransi nilai normal. Uji statistic One Way Annova menunjukkan
nilai kemaknaan 0,001 dengan taraf kemaknaan yaitu 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga dapat
disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan kadar albumin darah berdasar lama waktu inkubasi.

ABSTRACT
Examination of blood albumin levels there are several methods such as biuret
method, protein electrophoresis method, and BCG method. Examination of blood
albumin levels BCG method requires a minimum incubation time of 10 minutes.
Incubation time delay that is not in accordance with the procedure can affect the results of
blood albumin levels. The aim of this study was to determine the difference of blood
albumin level based on the length of incubation time.
The type of research is analytical research. Samples were taken randomly as many as
9 students three years diploma of health analyst study program, Muhammadiyah
University of Semarang, then samples checked with incubation time for 10, 60, and 120
minutes.
The result of the examination showed that the average of blood albumin incubation
time for 10 minutes was 4.31 g / dL, 60 min incubation time was 4.83 g / dL, and the
incubation time for 120 min was 4.84 g / dL. This indicates that the longer incubation
albumin increment results in an increase, but still within normal tolerance limits. One
Way Annova statistic test showed significance value 0,001 with significance level that is
0,001 <0,05 so it can be concluded that there is difference of blood albumin level based
on long time incubation.
