ABSTRAK

Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) ) merupakan salah satu dari

sembilan tanaman unggulan yang masuk ke dalam pengujian hingga tahap uji

klinis. Komponen aktif sambiloto adalah andrografolid yang merupakan turunan

lakton. Penelitian nasib komponen aktif bahan alam di dalam tubuh dan

hubungannya dengan respon farmakologi belum banyak dilakukan. Tujuan

penelitian ini adalah menentukan profil absorpsi andrografolid dari daun

sambiloto dalam lambung dan isi lambung kelinci sehat kromatografi cair lapis

tipis dengan fasa gerak metanol : air (60:40 v/v) dengan laju alir 1 mL/menit.

Hasil menunjukkan bahwa andrografolid terabsorpsi maksimum setelah 1 jam

pemberian sambiloto dengan konsentrasi andrografolid dalam dinding lambung

sebesar 1,13 µg/mL.

ABSTRACT

Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f)) is one of nine plants leading into

the test until the clinical trial stage. The active component from sambiloto is

Andrographolide which is derived lactones. Study the fate of the active

components of natural materials in the body and its relation to pharmacological

response has not been done. The purpose of this study is to determine the

absorption profile of Andrographolide from leaf sambiloto in the stomach healthy

rabbits. A high-performance liquid chromatography with mobile phase methanol:

water (60:40 v / v) with a flow rate of 1 mL / min. The results show that

Andrographolide absorbed maximum of 1 hour after administration with

concentrations Andrographolide from sambiloto in stomach wall 1.13 µg / mL.
