Penggunaan hasil kacang tanah sangat beragam, mulai dari industri rumah tangga

hingga industri pangan modern. Untuk keperluan pemasaran maka ditetapkan Standar

Kurva di bawah ini adalah kurva standar Na-Fitat yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian.

Hasil pembuatan kurva baku memberikan garis regresi (kurva standar): y = 0,7304-

0,1028x; y adalah absorbansi dan x adalah kadar asam fitat (mg/g) bahan kering.
