menyelesaikan Program Studi Manajemen pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas
Muhammadyah Jember, pada kesempatan ini saya akan mengadakan penelitian di
PT. Gudang Garam Jember.
Penelitian yang saya lakukan ini mengenai Pengaruh Karakteristik Budaya
Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT Gudang Garam Jember.
