Once upon time, a man had a wonderful parrot. There was no other parrotlike it. The parrot could say every word, except one word. The parrot would not saythe name of the place where it was born. The name of the place was Catano.

The man felt excited having the smartest parrot but he could not understand

why the parrot would not say Catano. The man tried to teach the bird to say Catanohowever the bird kept not saying the word.

At the first, the man was very nice to the bird but then he got very angry.You stupid bird! pointed the man to the parrot. Why cant you say the word? SayCatano! Or I will kill you the man said angrily. Although he tried hard to teach, the

Fast food nowadays is considered anormal eating venture. People are not just eatingout on special occasions or weekends anymore.It means that all the time they mostly eat fastfoods. However is fast food good for health?

Fast food has its popularity in the 1940s.Within a few years, fast-food operations poppedup everywhere. With the compelling rise in fast-

food restaurants since the 1940s, oddly it started the rise in obesity and cancerduring that same time period.

Fast food is highly processed with a wide array of additives. To ensurefast foods low cost, the fast food products are made with highly-processedingredients to give it shelf-life, to hold consistency, and to enhance flavor.Fast food is altered from its original healthy form.

It is not the calories in fast food which damage health and waistline. Itis the chemical additives such as aspartame and MSG (monosodiumglutamate). Studies show that the chemical additives lead to weight anddisease issues.

So, there is absolutely nothing nutritional about fast food. Fast food

simply feeds hunger and craving.
