Treasure Island By Robert Louis Stevenson

Pirates. these trash-talking, treasure-taking, sea-going scums have been known to haunt

the seven seas. (although it is doubtful that there were pirates in the antartic sea). these

lively bunch has gained quite a repetation, some of them are in shape of books. among

the books, one of the most interesting is Treasure Island, is written by Robert Louis

Stevenson . It tells you about the adventure of Jim Hawkins, who founded a treasure map,

and decide to take the treasure. however, things take turns for the worst when they found

out that most of the ship's crew are pirates, and the race is on to get to the treasure first.

The main character in this story is Jim hawkins , A Young son of an innkeeper who lives

in A quiet inn near the sea. One day, a sailor came to stay in his inn.Not long after that,

A man came to his inn for looking the sailor. After a series of events including the

sailor's death, Jim founded a treasure map and take it to his friend Mr trelawney. Then,

Jim and Trelawney went to the island with Mr Trelawney's friend Dr. Livesey, The ship's

Captain, and some sailors. One of the sailors are Long John Silver, a one legged man who

is very close to Jim. but Captain Smollet is suspicious of him.

Jim is just an ordinary boy, but he can see that Billy Bones is a nervous man, always on

the look-out for strangers arriving at the inn. And he might be nervous too, because he

carries with him in his batter old sea-chest a map was drawn by Captain Flint himself

giving the whereabouts of all Flint's burried treasure! Captain Flint! - the most being

feared pirate ever to roam the high seas.

Well, Flint was dead, but there were plenty of men who serve with Captain Flint stillalive who feel they have a fair claim to the treasure. The map, though, ends up in the

possession of Jim Hawkins - (it's a near thing, read the book to see how that happens).

Jim confided in the local doctor (Livesey) and squire (trelawney), who quickly join forces

to acquire a ship and crew and provisions to sail for Treasure Island. Ah! but here was the

weak link, because although Squire Trelawney was well-intentioned, he was too

    talkative.

By the time the Hispaniola in the middle of the sea she was crewed by all the old

murderous mob who sailed with Captain Flint, which was led by the seemingly harmless

Long John Silver. There is a famous scene where Jim, hiding in the apple barrel on deck,

discovers that mutiny is planned. It was a bad moment. The numbers suggest that the

pirates are going to have it all their own way. There are nineteen mutineers and seven

honest men, including Jim. One by one, the Honest men and the Pirates fall. in the end,

with the help of a crazy old pirate Flint left (Ben) and the repentant Silver, they managed

to slip the pirates and took the treasure for themselves. am i going too fast? read the book

(Treasure Island) then, it'll give you some hints about it.

This book (Treasure Island) is maybe interesting for most people to read, because of the

overall story, the lively characters, and the realistic scene, but the amount of bloodshed,

the complicated plot, and the lack of hints about who's the antagonist and the protagonist.

because of this, some people might be founded some paragraph confusing or even

disturbing. some sentences are also very graphic, which could be both good and bad.

all in all, this book is a recommended book for a friends before going to bed, but avoid

reading this story to The children. Don't be nervous of reading a 'classic'. I know it was

published a long time ago, but that doesn't mean it is difficult to read. sure, there are

some sentences that may be offending, but didn't i told you not to read this to your

family? There is one piece of advice I will give, though. I don't think this book is ever out

of print - there are hundreds of different copies around.

If you can, choose a copy with large enough print to be able to read comfortably, and

exciting illustrations. It makes all the difference.

Youll never love it before you read it.

Well, look forward n read the book (Treasure Island).
